Sasori was doing some minor repairs on his Hiruko puppet.  Testing joint movements and some mechanics to release some traps.  Everything seemed to be in order until--

“Wait ... How long has that idiot been deaf?  How many conversations have we had while I’ve been inside this puppet...?!”

“DEIDARA!?” The rage was building... How the hell has he been talking to a deaf person inside of his puppet shield?!  What the hell was going on?

◆  How many months had been? The breeze that gently touched his skin had a nostalgic scent, memories of days that wouldn’t come back. Almost as if the time had stopped at that place, it was his secret, a little chunk of beach hidden by mountains; somewhere by the south of Kirigakure. It was only easily accessible by a hidden rocky passage, which was flooded by the sea level. By the skies, the place was easily missed since it was perfectly blended with the vegetation that surrounded it. Only one person knew the secret to access it, the self declared owner of it. Kisame. Deidara’s clay bird were perfect for traveling to there; if only he knew that early he surely could had called the man to visit more times.  “ Oh- of course. You can’t breath under water Haha, almost forgot.” ◆   A sequence of hand signs was the key to dry the carven entrance and as soon they passed by it, the water returned, sealing way their passage. The simple street were carved nicely, with chucks of terrain and little rocks that only lead to an cottage, it was the only thing you could see by miles in that moon shaped beach. A few flower bush complemented; even if they looked a bit dry for lack of maintenance they were still pretty vivid to see.  Kisame’s eyes always followed the blonde’s face, waiting as if he expected any reaction to all of that. He did had talked a lot about the place, but seeing by themselves had to give him another thoughts. 

“With a bird like this, you could drop everything and just fly anywhere that your heart desired.”  Li comments as he observes the miniature clay bird Deidara had made, knowing that there was a massive one just like this waiting to be made.  

As someone who worked almost nonstop at Konoha’s clinic doing physical therapy, dropping everything and flying away on a massive bird sounded very tempting.  Not that it was something Li would ever do; He was far too committed to seeing that his patients got better.  But it was tempting nonetheless.  He wonders if it was tempting to artist, too.  Or if it was something he’d already done.

     Again he’d found himself working on his garden, tending to feeding and watering the plants, fertilizing them...making sure each was growing healthily each day. His homework was done and he had plenty of time. Tohru should be at work right now and he didn’t care much for what Kyo or Shigure were doing...right now he could just take in his own alone time--

     Above, there was a cracking sound. Probably some birds, they sounded too big to be squirrels. With just a small glance up, he found himself doing a double take.
