My DCP Postcard arrived!
I had heard from the DCP Facebook page that they didn't send these to everyone, so I was very surprised to receive mine O.O I posted this on Facebook and received some “Not-so-friendly” comments about how “I should have just became a part-timer”, and “that Disney uses the DCP to take advantage of college students working maximum hours for minimum pay”. Both of these are farther from the truth and posted by people that have nothing to do with my life. I know what I’m getting myself into, and I don’t not need their negative influence. Then I ask myself “Why do i still have them on Facebook?” They’re clearly not my friends. They didn't congratulate or support me, but instead told me how I should be running my life. It’s hard to be excited when you’re constantly being told that you’re wrong for doing something that makes you happy. If anyone’s reading this, have you ever faced something like this?
