(1/2)I honestly don't remember the last time I read/watched something and it had as much of an affect on me as "breathe lightly" did. I normally just read fic because I really love Dean as a character and want to get as much of him as possible but breathe lightly could've been about any characters really and I still would've been incredibly moved by it. (2/2) literally billions of things have to go right just to exist so "just" missing half a heart, doesn't seem that unlucky really, it makes you think about how incredible it is just to exist (as cliche as that sounds). and you have such an amazing way with words like when cas told dean he makes him feel like he could breathe lightly, it's such a little phrase that has SUCH a profound impact, honestly just please never stop writing you really have an amazing gift
