During the Series (spoilers ahead now):
Chapter One of Book One: Harley tricks Tim so she and her then partner, Joker, can kidnap him by faking a mugging. When his guard is down, she knocks him out and takes him away. Tim then wakes up and is confused when Joker refers to himself as "daddy" and Harley as "mommy" and Tim himself as "Junior". No amount of struggling gets him free— April 13, 2021
Chapter Two of Book One: Bruce knows that Joker has his son, but he doesn't know where he is. It's very similar to when Joker had kidnapped Jason, and it frustrates Bruce since there's no actual leads for him to follow. Alfred tries to make Bruce rest, but fails. Alfred then contacts Dick to inform him of Tim's disappearance. Dick's upset that it took them so long to contact him, and makes that very well known when he arrives to the Manor— April 21, 2021
First Half of Chapter Three of Book One: Tim (now going by Joker Junior, Junior, or JJ), asks to go outside. Joker promises that it'll be soon and that they need to sort out Tim's memories since he and Harley had told him that Batman had kidnapped him and messed with his memories. After dinner, Harley cuts Tim's cheeks in order to extend his mouth/smile— April 22, 2021
Second Half of Chapter Three Book One: Junior has a panic attack because he realizes that the promises that Harley and Joker have given him about going outside have been broken. He gets overstimulated because the two adults are making a lot of sound (not sexual sounds). Harley sees that he's upset and asks what's wrong, so Junior explains. Joker gets angry that he didn't start laughing like they've been trying to get him to do when he's overwhelmed— June 5, 2021
Not in a Chapter: Nightwing goes back to Blüdhaven— January 3, 2022
Not in a Chapter: Bruce is forced to fake Tim's death after there's no lead and the likelihood of finding him alive is a lot lower. He comes up with the excuse of him going out for a walk, got jumped, and his body showed up on Bruce's doorstep. They used a doll in place of Tim's body— March 12, 2022
Not in a Chapter: Barbara gives up— March 30, 2023
Chapter Four of Book One: Batman has finally found Junior. Batman knew that Tim wasn't dead because Joker wasn't gloating. He finds Junior in the old Arkham Asylum building and is disappointed in himself for not looking there sooner. He learns about what they did to Tim and is heartbroken. It hurts to see Tim so crazy and broken. Batman fights Harley and Joker. Harley ends up getting away while Junior kills Joker— June 23, 2023
First Half of Chapter Five of Book One: Dr. Thompkins examines Junior. Junior processes that he killed the man he's been taught to see as his father. He gets frustrated when called Tim, and is upset that Dr. Thompkins had sewn up the mouth extensions. He plans on running away when she leaves, but Batman comes in before she leaves. Junior has a small panic attack because of how overwhelmed he's feeling. Batman watches him sleep and thinks about how he had failed Tim and Jason, but decides that he's not going to fail Junior until Tim comes back— June 23, 2023
Second Half of Chapter Five of Book One: Nightwing comes for a visit. He had been given a rundown. Junior doesn't say anything to him. Nightwing asks if he remembers who he is, but Junior shakes his head no. They end up holding hands in silence after Nightwing offers it, but allows Junior to set the pace— June 26, 2023
Chapter One of Book Three: Tim's in the mental hospital to recover from his kidnapping. He responds to Tim now, but he refers to himself in plural. Tim considers himself dangerous and is fine with him being mostly isolated, even if it's lonely. A nurse takes him to meet some more patients. Tim meets a patient who had tried to kill herself named Hazel Thornton. The two hit it off pretty well— December 19, 2023

Tim makes Jason guess his name, but Jason doesn't get it correct. When he hears it, Jason realizes who Tim's family is. He also asks why Tim almost says "our", but Tim shuts that down and offers to get some food. Jason points out the scar on his face, so Tim goes to cover it with make up. Jason decides to let Tim live because he wants to know more about him— May 17, 2025
Not in a Chapter (yet. I'm working on the book rn with it): Damian is brought in and Tim takes on the Red Robin mantle— August 9, 2025
Chapter Two of Book Two: Scarecrow attacks a building. Red Robin works on disarming the bomb, not realizing right away there's a leak. It's more complicated than usual. He has to pause to take care of the leak once he notices it. He had taken off his breathing mask at some point. He breathes in some of the gas due to the leak, but lies and says that the mask had been compromised. Red Hood is the closest to him, so he helps Red Robin. The fear toxin brings Joker Junior out of hibernation in Red Robin's mind. Red Hood is very confused when he finds Red Robin laughing like he had been hit with Joker's laughing gas and not Scarecrow's fear toxin— November 14, 2025
Chapter Three of Book Two: After a meeting about the Riddler, Jason confronts Tim about the fear toxin incident. Tim comes clean about everything, not really about to stop himself from telling Jason everything. Jason hugs Tim and says that he sees Joker too when he's hyped up on fear toxin. He reassures Tim that they'll find Harley, and that no one is in charge of Tim— November 18, 2025
Chapter Two of Book Three: Tim's at a coffee shop when Hazel runs into him since she's meeting up with her cousin, Bernard Dowd. Red Robin and Harley have a talk about the past. Harley says that she's not looking for Red Robin's forgiveness, but that she is sorry. Red Robin admits that there are moments when he misses those times because he likes that Joker and Harley had picked him out of everyone in the world. She admits that she knows that Joker was a bad person, but there are times that she misses him too— January 4, 2027
