I created this Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta few months ago. As you guys can tell I tried hard to make it look like a screenshot of an old VHS recorded broadcast! Everything beside the Background is drawn by myself, for the rocky background I used an actual screenshot and filtered it to make it blend with Vegeta! What do you think?
