It's the first day of the month AND it's a Monday!! That means a fresh new beginning and setting a goal or two to crush!! Im still waiting for my new Country Heat program to arrive so I worked up a sweat with Cize this morning. If you would have been a fly on the wall, you would have wondered if I was even doing the same workout 😂😂 as I am so not coordinated lol! But who cares right!? I was having fun while burning a few calories!! What are some of your goals for the month?? Here are a few of my goals: 🏋🏻 Exercise EVERY day! 💦drink 1/2 my body weight in water EVERY DAY! 🍪 kick my sugar addiction to the curb! 🍎 eat clean, stick to portion containers! 👙lose 10 pounds! I'll be marking my calendar every day, checking off these daily tasks, who wants to do this with me?? I know I do better when I've got a little extra accountability!!
