"not being able to filter who i interact with" is a really good way of putting it. i feel that so much, but i haven’t been able to put it to words. it’s so tiring
I'm glad you relate, because it is exhausting
like I really don't want to be a pain in the ass and complain about people all the time and not be pleasant about interacting with people I have to interact with but I hear so much frustrating shit in contexts where I am limited in my capacity to try and discuss it with them and it takes up so much energy that most days I don't have that much of to start with
and it can ruin me for getting other things done
