Namaste Friends 🙏😚 Today, I have been looking off into the distance quite a bit; pondering life, reminiscing, and daydreaming about my future. And according to Roxy, looking like a little poser whilst doing it! How very rude of her to say 😂 Anyway, whilst I was in my own little world, thinking, I realised a few things. Firstly, life is tough, but exciting. We don't get given instructions or directions on how to live and what to do, and many of us don't truly know what our purpose is or what our dreams are. That's why it's so good to take time out to think about those things, to go on journeys of self discovery and to find self love and to find our purpose... I came to the conclusion today that I'm going to live in the moment and whatever I'm going to do from now on will make me happy. Cos life is too short to be sad, or frustrated or grumpy. Secondly, reminiscing about your life is really nice, but it's important to leave the past where it belongs, in the echos of time, especially if there are bad memories there. Sure, the past has made us who we are today, but we shouldn't venture back there too often because we are meant to live in the present, that's why life is a gift. Don't go wasting energy on unhappy memories, and don't obsess over the pleasant ones, go out there and create happy experiences now! And lastly, even though it's nice to plan and daydream about what's going to happen, don't stress or obsess over your future, or get upset if life doesn't quite turn out the way you want it to. Ultimately, we can't control our fates, so we shouldn't worry about the things we can't control. Sure, we can do all we can to guide ourselves to a future we like, but in the end, it comes back to living in the present, living in the moment and letting life take its course. That's what it's all about! So when you have a moment, do think about life, remember your past and paint a glorious picture of your future, and ask yourself if you're truly happy.
