Feeling like I've betrayed my little courier The Bone when I've made a random dude to replay the game and getting struck by Inspirational Lightning in the head and coming up with a really interesting concept for 2nd Courier oc. It is such a drastic split too. One of perpetually really silly and I love leaning into the Absurd and the Outrageously Comical with Bone because he simply is insane and a little evil while having a very sound background and actually a lot of influence of Good People around him. But this new one feels like a more of a grounded and serious approach to someone who made a drastic leap from being born into being a Horrible DogShit Person to someone who gets to experience life for the first time without being indoctrinated since birth and thus getting to see the world in a new perspective. I want to divide my attention over them equally... Because both is so interesting to think about.
For one Davius has glasses but the idea immediately struck me that he never had glasses ever during his time in the Legion. I imagine Davius wakes up in Doc Mitchells home blinking his butt off until Mitchell gives him the glasses his wife used to have and theyre not perfect prescription but it helps him enough to notice a difference.
I feel like itd be an awesome symbolism for Davius to finally be able to See and Experience the world As It Really Is.... Also the fact his name is rather unique and can be some sort of indication of his origins.
So much to think about.
