A girl sat boredly in Sherlock's inbox. Her cat tail was limped and wasn't wagging like normal. The sullen girl's catlike eyes appeared...Dark and dull. She sighed. It was rather rainy outside, and cats and catgirls didn't like rain. But note that, once,if ever, the teen Sherlock had or would have seen her,she hadn't bore any cat ears or anything else catlike besides her eyes and tail.
Sherlock hobbled to the mail, downstairs and near the landlord's office, hoping perhaps for something other than bills. His ribs still ached, and he had another five days to go before they would be considered healed enough to cut off the painkillers and to let him slowly start going about his normal--summer--business.
He pulled the mail out and saw several papers: two bills (electricity and board), five adverts, and one test results paper. His finals, his final finals. Three As, a D, and the rest were Cs. Good enough. But then he dropped his envelopes in surprise at the girl. "What?"
