It turns out Jenelle Evans' terrifying estranged husband was investigated over more than we ever knew! David Eason has faced a laundry list
Surprised this didn't happen sooner! All the Teen Mom details HERE!
Jenelle Evans and her 15-year-old sonĀ Jace are turning the page to the next chapter in their lives. Of course, Jenelle is reinvigorating her
That dog killer was bad news!!
Fired āTeen Mom 2ā dad David Eason hit TikTok Live on Saturday to discuss a variety of topics, including his take on marriage, and his money
David Eason will not be taking any more strolls down the aisle.
Dressed in a boating hat and sporting his now-signature Swampy Longstocking braids, the fired Teen Mom 2 dad hit TikTok Live on Saturday to discuss a variety of topics, including his take on marriage, and his money situation.
Davidā who has been living on his and Jenelleās broken boat since he and Jenelle split in Februaryā was asked if he would ever walk down the aisle again.
āIām not gonna say Iāll never date again, but Iāll never get married again!ā David insisted. āThatās for sure.
āThereās no reason to get married to anybody, ever,ā David continued.
David stated that a legal marriage is not necessary.
āNot through the government, not through the paperwork,ā he said. āYou donāt gotta be in the system to be married. Thatās not what marriage is. Marriage is not a piece of paper! I promise you that. Anyone who tells you it is is wrong!
āDonāt do it!ā
David instructed his followers to ājust go to the church and get married under God, for whatever kind of religion youāre in.ā
David has triedā and failedā marriage twice so far. In addition to his marriage to Jenelle, David was also married to Whitney Johnson, who is the mother of his oldest daughter Maryssa. David and Whitney got hitched in October 2006 and officially divorced in September 2013. He met Jenelle in 2015 and they got married in 2017.
As The Ashley previously told you, Jenelle filed for legal separation from David in February, but will have to live apart from him for one full year before she can file for divorce from him in North Carolina. Jenelle also filed for a protective order against David and has been battling in court with him over that filing. After having their case continued twice, the exes will meet in court face-to-face on May 16, where a judge will determine whether or not the protective order can be granted. (David told the judge at the last hearing that he is unable to afford an attorney.)
During his TikTok Live session on Saturday, David was also bombarded with people asking him why he refuses to get a job. Jenelleās former swampy soulmate insisted that going on TikTok to beg people for money is, indeed, āwork.ā
āYes I work! Everyone is always worried about me workinā!ā said David. āFor one thing, Iām on here workinā right now!ā he insisted. āIām trying to make some money on TikTok before I go make money workinā! Them bills are stackinā up, man!ā
In another part of the Live, David insisted that itās Jenelle fault that he has no money.
āI would be making a lot more money but Jenelle took my money from me!ā he said. āIf yāall want to know the truth! Youāre all sitting out here talking about how Iām using her money. Well, how am I getting her money?ā
David went on to say Jenelle ātook all his clientsā from him (assumingly for his boat-cleaning ābusinessā).
āShe deleted everything on my phone, remotely,ā David said. āIt cost me a lot of money.ā
TEEN Mom Jenelle Evansā son Jace, 14, is set to testify against his stepfather David Eason in his felony strangulation case.Ā A source close
Teen Mom Jenelle Evans' son Jace, 14, is set to testify against his stepfather David Eason in his felony strangulation case.
A source close to the Teen Mom 2 alum exclusively revealed to The U.S. Sun that Jenelle's oldest son is expected to testify against David after his stepdad allegedly attacked him on September 28th, 2023.
The insider said that not only is the teen expected to testify, but he's downright excited to take the stand against the 35-year-old.
"Jace is adamant about going to testify. He can't wait to take the stand, he hates David," the insider said.
Conversations between the District Attorney's office and Jace have transpired, and they will be working with the teen to make sure he is fully prepared to take the stand when that time comes, which is expected to happen sometime this summer.
In the meantime, Jenelle is asking for a court to grant a civil restraining order against David for herself and her three children, Jace, Kaiser, 9, and Ensley, 7.
David is currently facing a felony battery by strangulation charge and a misdemeanor child abuse charge stemming from the alleged attack on the teen.
In January David was indicted on the charges from the fall incident.
"They found enough evidence to take his case out of district court, where misdemeanors are held, and bring it to superior," a court spokesperson said at the time.
"District court hears misdemeanors, traffic and other infractions, whereas felony cases are heard in superior," the clerk added at the time.
The 35-year-old father-of-three is accused of assaulting Jenelle's eldest child, Jace, outside a neighbor's home in North Carolina.
The Teen Mom 2 alum allegedly attacked the teenager before Jace ran away for a third time on September 28.

Jenelle Evans is unable to legally kick her husband David Eason off their shared boat, where the former āTeen Mom 2ā dad has been living for
David Eason has been living on the broken-down boat belonging to him and his estranged wife Jenelle Evans for the past three months, and it appears that his days as a mooching mariner will continue for the foreseeable future!
In a new report from The Sun, a source close to Jenelle (who is definitely, absolutely not Jenelleā¦at all), revealed why Jenelle is unable to boot David from his barnacle-covered āboater-home.ā
According to The Sunās source, Jenelleā who filed for legal separation from David in Februaryā canāt legally evict David from the boat, at least not until their divorce has been reviewed in court.
(As The Ashley previously reported, the state of North Carolinaā where Jenelle and David liveā requires couples to live apart for one full year before a divorce can happen.)
āIt gets a little bit more complicated when thereās a divorce action thatās been filed,ā the siteās source stated, adding that David still has rights to the boatā which the couple purchased one year ago while still together.
āSo, everything that happened with the boat and any other personal belongings acquired during their marriage will have to be disposed of with the courtās permission,ā the source stated.
āAt this time, thereās not really any legal avenue for Jenelle to evict David off the boat, even though itās a separate property,ā the source continued. āSheās going to let the court case play out before taking any sort of steps like that.ā
As The Ashley previously told you, Jenelle and David were in court last week, with Jenelle attempting to get a restraining order granted to protect her from David. At Tuesdayās hearing (which was continued for a second time), David admitted he canāt afford to get an attorney. (He later retreated to his boater-home and begged for money on TikTokā¦as you do.)
In the paperwork filed to request her protective order (which was obtained by The Ashley), Jenelle wrote that, on March 9, David went on TikTok Live and spoke about how he would love āto take someone on a date while living on Jenelleās yacht and refuses to give Jenelle the keys.ā
In the same protective order filing, Jenelle claimed that, back on February 22, David came to the coupleās home on The Land (where he is not allowed to be while Jenelleās oldest son Jace is present), and took the keys to the broken-down boat (which Jenelle claimed in the documents is valued at $70,000), along with several guns and the keys to Jenelleās car.
āDavid also took Jenelleās BMW and Bayliner Yacht boat keys,ā Jenelle stated.
(Interestingly, Jenelle did not request possession of the boat in her filing; she did however ask for two vehicles.)
The boatā a 1988 Baylinerā features a bedroom (which Jenelleās OnlyFans subscribers will surely recognize from her photos) and two bathrooms (which, during a āBoat Tourā posted to TikTok, Jenelle excitedly proclaimed the extra bathroom is āso the kids donāt bother me!ā)
The āyachtā also features the original microwave, coffee maker and stove from the late 1980s.
David has been living the barnacle life in the boat for over three months now, and has even spoken about his love for his boat on TikTok.
āThis is my home; itās my house where I live. Itās my sanctuary,ā he claimed.
Jenelle and David will next meet in court on May 16, where it will be determined if the protective order Jenelle is requesting will be granted.
Newly reinstatedĀ āTeen MomāĀ star Jenelle Evans is considering moving from her home onĀ The Land in North Carolina to Florida.
Jenelle Evansā days as The Lady of The Land may be numbered.
TMZ broke the news on Thursday (and The Ashley can confirm) that the newly reinstated Teen Mom star is considering moving from her home on The Land in North Carolina to Florida. The site reports that Jenelle even toured several homes in Central Florida earlier this month when she was visiting castmate Briana DeJesus in Florida.
āJenelle is serious about relocating ⦠our sources tell us her move could happen as soon as the next 90 days, but sheās also considering just waiting until her divorce is finalized in eight months,ā TMZ reported.
While it may seem like Jenelle is making a rash decision to leave her infamous home on The Land (and the state of North Carolina), The Ashley can confirm that Jenelle has been considering a move to Florida for monthsā well before she split with her husband David Eason in February.
āBack when Jenelle and David were still together, they had been talking about moving to Florida,ā one source tells The Ashley. āAs far back as October, they had serious discussions about leaving the state as soon as Davidās court cases [for allegedly abusing Jenelleās oldest son Jace] were over. Theyāve wanted out of North Carolina for a long time because they thought it was unfair to them legally.ā
In addition, the source states that Jenelle was also briefly considered moving to Las Vegas, a city she visited for the first time earlier this year.
As for the legality of Jenelle relocating with her three kidsāit may get tricky. Currently Jenelle has full custody of her second son, Kaiser, whom she shares with Nathan Griffith, so she would not have issues moving Kaiser away. (Nathan is currently in Las Vegas, but Jenelle was not considering moving there because of him, according to The Ashleyās sources.)
Jenelle recently regained custody of her oldest son, Jace. However, Jenelleās mom Barbara Evans still has court-ordered visitation with the 14-year-old, so itās unknown how Barb would get her time with Jace should Jenelle HIGH! HIGH! tail it to Sunshine State. Currently, though, Jenelleās custody agreement does not regulate where Jenelle can live with Jace, just that Barb is allowed to see him for certain amounts of time.
Moving her youngest child, Ensley, might create a problem for Jenelle, however, due to the fact that Ensleyās father is David, and the exes have a divorce filing in North Carolina.
According to the legal separation paperwork filed by Jenelle in February (and obtained by The Ashley), North Carolina is named as the āhome stateā for Ensley under the law, as far as their court case is concerned. It is also named as the āproper jurisdictionā for Jenelleās divorce case āfor the determination of all rights and obligations, custody, and support of [Ensley].ā
(This does not mean that Jenelle herself canāt leave the state; it simply means that all court hearings relating to the divorce, child support, etc. will take place in North Carolina and Jenelle would have to come back for some of them.)
Currently, no permanent parenting plan has been created for Ensley. Since there is no legal custody agreement in place, David still has equal access to Ensley and can ask that she be brought back to North Carolina.
During a TikTok Live session with Briana on Wednesday night, Jenelle even dropped a hint that she was ready to leave The Land and move away.
āI just hate being here,ā Jenelle told Bri. āWhich, you know, weāve talked about it last week or whatever. I feel better when Iām not here, like, not in this location, you know? Iām not as uptight; I notice my mood is better. Iām more relaxedā¦
āI feel like, here, Iām always lookinā over my back and⦠the nighttime just sucksā¦. I try not to think about it and, hopefully, I can get over it soon and find a better..ā Jenelle said before trailing off. āā¦start. I canāt say much because, you knowā¦ā

Jenelle EvansĀ took a break fromĀ cosplaying as a teacherĀ at The Little School of The Land on Friday to dish out some relationship advice and more importantly, throw some accusations at her estranged husband,Ā David Eason.Ā
During a Q&A on her Instagram Story, the firedĀ Teen Mom 2Ā star, whoĀ separatedĀ from her significantĀ ogreĀ other earlier this year, responded to a series of questions submitted byĀ herselfĀ followers.
Jenelle was asked by one follower to comment on Davidās latest TikTok anticsā including the recent TikTok Live on which he begged strangers on the internet for donations to pay for an attorney to fight Jenelle in court. Jenelle responded via song, encouraging her former soulmate to āget a job,ā before going on to accuse David of having āsome dark secrets.ā
āEverything heās saying heās just doing it to make himself ālook betterā but in actuality he knows the person he truly is behind closed doors,ā she wrote. āHe has some dark secrets no one knows but me.ā
When asked to divulge said secrets, Jenelleā who recently requested a domestic violence restraining order against David for herself and her kidsā said she was unable to do so at the moment for a few different reasons.
āNot the right time but also Iām scared and feel like my life would be on the line,ā she said, later adding, āThereās a huge investigation going on so I canāt comment on much at the moment.āĀ
In another reply, Jenelle explained that sheās scared of David due to āthe way he talks about people he hates,ā alleging he has āthreatened his baby mamaās lifeā and is controlling, demanding and selfish, among other things. Despite claiming that she fears David, Jenelle told another follower that she doesnāt regretĀ standing up for DavidĀ in the past.
āI donāt regret that time because I learned a lot of life lessons that were very important for me to grow up and mature,ā she wrote. āLife is easier to understand I would say. I always have learned from by mistakes and he was def a big mistake,ā she added.Ā
When asked how her children are doing now that David is no longer living on The Land, Jenelle said her and Davidās daughter Ensley ādoesnāt appreciateā Davidās behavior towards Jenelle as of late, while Kaiser ādoesnāt want to be near David.ā She was also asked if her son Jace is ādoing betterā in a David-free environment. (As you know, David currently has pending child abuse and āassault by strangulationā charges pending against him for his alleged physical attack on Jace in September.)
āEveryone is happier and my ex doesnāt even reach out to call or text any of the kids š¤·š»āāļø living his best life,ā she wrote. āEven his own daughter doesnāt even want to live with him.ā
While David has allegedly gone non-contact with his youngest daughter, Jenelle said Davidās teenage daughter, Maryssa, continues to make an effort with the little ones on The Land.
āSheās actually been in contact with Ensley which is really nice of her,ā Jenelle stated. āIām glad sheās staying in touch with the kids š©·.ā
Jenelle went on to tell another follower that she isnāt dating right now and is instead focusing on herself and her kids. She also encouraged anyone else who may be in a āmentally abusiveā relationship to leave their partner, adding, ādonāt wait as long as I did!!!ā
āThereās someone out there who will be way nicer to you than an abusive ex,ā she wrote. āThere ARE men out there worth it and would love to spend every waking second with you. šā
Jenelle also made a point during the Q&A to let followers know that, even in Davidās absence, she remains on the outs with her mother, Barbara Evans.
āHell no, I donāt trust either of them,ā Jenelle responded, when asked if she and Barb are on speaking terms again.
