i really do have a thing for daves with identity issues i mean it's fairly canon already

him lookin' at himself in the mirror and just not belonging there you know

the whole thing with the "not gay i'm not gay" shit is totally that too i mean

he wouldn't be

plus his dad's an asshole so there's those issues too but most of the shit with those sexuality labels is he feels like He Doesn't Fit

i don't know about the whole pronouns thing actually so i'll ponder it but for the time being

runs a makeshift veterinary office and animal shelter in her bedroom. 

sometimes eats dave's lunch. actually change that "sometimes" to a "usually"

rewards him for good behavior by taking him to starbucks. except he still has to buy it because usually she only keeps quarter in her pocket.
