it’s been a long time peeps! sorry for being inactive. i’m back with my recommendation!!! this drama starred by Zhao Lusi as Gu Shengnan and Lin Yushen as Lu Jin, the lead actors has 18 years gap ohmygod you guys believe that. i was shocked myself when i found out. okay back to the topic, this drama is about a young cook named Gu Shengnan who started as a helper in a hotel kitchen where Lu Jin who’s going to be the new owner of the hotel. they first meeting was at a building parking lot. Gu Shengnan who was being a good friend helping her best friend that just broke up with her ex, Gu Shengnan plan to ruin her best friend’s ex but changed it because she imagined the consequences that might happen later. she use flour and made dough then sprinkle the flour and dough she made all over the car that unknowingly belongs to Lu Jin. while she’s ruining the car, her best friend called and asked where is she, and that is the moment where she find out that she’s at a wrong place and ruining the wrong car. not so long after the call ended and she wanted to run away from crime of scene, Lu Jin who was watching silently came out and ask her who is she and why is she in his car. Gu shengnan pretend to be an alien who came from South Korea and started to speak Korean (i laughed so hard at this part 😂), little that she know Lu Jin also could speak Korean and replied (i laughed even harder this time because their convo is just 😂). and after they keep accidentally came across each other, first is because Lu Jin is a very picky eater and he loves Gu Shengnan’s cooking. also he understand what the dishes mean. Lu Jin made a deal with Gu Shengnan who has ruined his car, she has to pay her debt back with her dishes. and they start to fall in love for each other as the time goes on which make the love story begins! i like Lu Jin’s charisma tbh.
