#data bugs

so well... my tabimatsu was stopped working, and i cant open it anymore, so i decide to reinstall it since i already save my transfer code, but unfortunately all my data is swept over, i already have 2 three star furniture, and max affection jyushi+ichi, my code on below start page still same though... what should i do? ;_; should i e-mail the staff? please help me since im not really good on japanese ;__;
