I son't understand how Heroes in Crisis are still a thing, with it's shitty quality AND low sales. I thought that DC only cares about money but now I really don't understand their motivation to continue this shit
I think they are pretty much committed to that comic until it's over, even with the low sales and bad reviews the later issues probably have things happen in them that have been planned to effect a lot of other stories that have been in the works a long time, so backing out now would mess a ton of stuff up and cost them even more money. Like sales are sales, yes they want to replace the comic with something more lucrative but it takes time to plan a comic and in the meantime if they cancelled it, that's money they could have been getting from those sales. Better to let it play out while they are planning something better, financially speaking. I do think that as soon as they realistically can they are going to try to retcon or otherwise erase everything that happened in it though.
