My form is falling apart in the video, a couple times I slam myself in the back with these clubs. BUT! My physique is clearly improving since the last video! Tiny hints of muscle on the shoulders and a smidge of definition on the chest! Progress one day at a time!

I have decided to post my stats every 2 weeks for my friends who are also interested in fitness, as an act of AESTHETIC SOLIDARITY! If you guys (ya’ll know who are) keep me updated with progress, I shall keep this updated too to show you that we can all grow, be we beefy or lithe, cutting or bulking!

I had the same reaction you did (after I was done celebrating my biceps and shoulders)
How can I, with my scrawny build and shoulders which haven’t even grown in yet, be just 2 inches less than beeflord Hugh in chest?
The Z axis, I’ve got a deep chest (Well, plus I really work on bulking the chest heavy).
So my barrel chestedness may pad my numbers a bit, giving me the jump to be numerically even with Hugh (but not aesthetically equal).
BUT! The men in my family grow their shoulders in at 25....I’m 22
MEANING THAT I COULD ACTUALLY VERY EASILY HIT MOMOA STATS ON MY CHEST (if gods are good and I grow my shoulders in).
THIS IS GREAT NEWS!

IF MY SHOULDERS GROW, I CAN ACTUALLY FULFILL MY DREAM!
And if I can go from severe injury to respectable starter numbers then everyone in the Aesthetic Alliance can GET TO THEIR FUCKING AWESOME GOALS TOO!

185 on the chest press machine. I know that machines aren't exactly the macho-est way of gauging strength, but for a guy who couldn't even move his arm 3 months ago, I'd say that that's great (and safe) progress. Until I reclaim my old gym nickname of "Buff Jesus", I am "Sweatbeard, the Unbroken".
