It’s like seeing a double rainbow! He wouldn’t feel intimidated or threatened or what have you (tbf I don’t think anything has been able to make Letho feel intimidated for the past [redacted] centuries of his life).

you know what ive been obsessed about lately? what is the connection between all of vali's partners/crushes/sex partners, what the fuck even is his 'type'? because he seems to go for a large variety of people. and some of them are not what you would expect at all. so im wracking my brain like WHAT. IS. THE. CONNECTION. and i think vali is really attracted to two things: power and uniqueness. he is attracted to people who wield power whether that be physical power, magical power, influence over people, power over the self, expertise in a certain field, whatever it may be, if someone has some semblance of power know that vali feels some matter of attraction. also uniqueness. you could argue that most people look for uniqueness in partners but honestly i think most people go for whats familiar. and most people who do look for uniqueness in partners usually dont seek it to the level that vali does. he is not perturbed by things that might weird out or disturb others, he is not discouraged easily, and honestly? hes pretty weird himself so he just attracts equally weird people too.

The fledgling was at first a bit intimidated meeting with the other, but very quickly the feeling went away. Sure the orsimer was a bit taller than him, but Baz was nice! Rei happily joined the other in laying in the grass and watching the clouds- something he’d never done before despite his immortal life. He especially liked it when the clouds looked like animals!
