They’re not big fans of arbitrary borders or even capitalistic notions of success (i.e. GDP). Indigenous people generally do not view land as property or something one should profit from.

Someone, who was apparently like super new to the whole Online Fandom Etiquette situation, had been writing some like. Ego-smut in response to an ask, and like. Put it in the main tag. Which most people know is a no-no, but this person wasn’t aware of the rules, or that Mark frequently goes into the main tag to look at stuff.

So Mark /finds/ their egosmut response and reblogs it and is very gently jokingly like “omg...why would you tag this lmfao” CLEARLY AS A JOKE. 

The fandom immediately went fucking nuclear. Factions fighting about whether this counts as RPF, people waving their arms around trying to keep others from sending the OP anon hate about the situation, a FLOOD of venom and rage and death threats directed at the OP, to the point where they deleted their blog entirely, and then a ton of people going “hey uh that’s not how you treat human beings, there’s nothing wrong with nsfw content and all anyone had to say was ‘don’t post that in the main tag please’” just. Chaos.

Running parallel to that fiasco apparently someone or a group of someones have started trying to find Mark and Ethan’s home addresses for Master Creep Purposes. 

So just, ya know. A spicy little nightmare to close out the 2020 hell year.

it’s a fact that every frame released gets a prime 8I honestly they already broke the lore with Valkyr Prime and they do a lot of retcons so I wouldn’t really look much into it.
