Hi. I really love all your lots and I am downloading some as I type this. I wanted to download your world so that I can place all these lots there instead in the EA worlds. I am wondering if I did something wrong. I don't think your world is corrupt but when I ran the simpack through custard it is showing me that it is. I am so leery of that now that I have a clean running game again. Do I have to install the save as well or should I just overlook what custard says and download the simpack?
Hi! Thank you! Hmm, I have to admit I hadn’t use Custard on the Cottonwood Hills sims3pack before, as I never really use the tool (the only sims3packs I install are from the store), but I downloaded it to see if I would get the same result. I got the same result as you did, but I can’t see how the world would have got corrupted. Maybe it’s false alarm because it’s a world file and not a regular sims3pack?* You could back up your content installed as sims3packs (DCCache/DCBackup), so you can always reverse back to when you hadn’t installed Cottonwood Hills (don’t forget to delete the file from InstalledWorlds as well). The save file is there in case you don’t have all the required EP’s installed and are experiencing crashes when you load the world.
