Why I love DarkTime!
I really like this ship because of their dynamic, You might ask "Silly x Girlboss" dynamic?? Well... Yeah, but there is more to it then just that!
I bealive they are really cool because they are both similar but at the same time OH SO DIFFERENT! They are both the "Other half", the "Different side of the same coin", they are both the "Insane and EEEVIL alter Ego"... And yet, they both have a different approach to it.
Dark Enchantress Cookie (Who I will call Dark for the rest of the post) looks down to White Lily Cookie, she sees Lily as a inferior version, all the trash she got rid off, what tied her to her foolish morality and her mortal weak mind, she sees Lily as something she got rid off and yet her other half refuses to just die and Let Dark be.
Timekeeper Cookie looks at Croissant Cookie as a equal, various time she proves that even to she is superior to Croi, she doesn't want Croi being just another Teeper. At first she saw Croi as a inferior that could grow to be like HER, it's what she wanted, to escape monotony and loneliness, and yet the inferior her managed to show her a different Path, prove that there was another way, and instead of opposing, she accepted the offer. She knows Croissant Cookie can and will grow, she is constantly putting her to test, but even to she is the "superior" one, she still knows there are things she lost among the way that Croi still has, and that is NOT something bad.
Dark Enchantress Cookie is still tied to a semi-mortal body, and EMOTIONS, she loves Cookiekind like no other, she escaped her Destiny as just a part of White Lily Cookie and decided TO RISE AGAINST FATE, AND MAKE HER CRUEL CREATORS VOW TO THE GREATNESS OF THE THING SHE LOVES THE MOST, COOKIEKIND!
Timekeeper Cookie ascended beyond a mortal Limit, she managed to transcend both Mortal's, Beasts, most of the elemental's and most of the Dragon's. And yet... She is still tied to two things Dark Enchantress Cookie could and wants to escape... Destiny/fate and EMOTIONS. Even when she is FAR from a good person (mainly in the past), she refused to just give up on her more "mortal" side, and that's what dragged her down to Insanity. And yet, when she could have just... Let go of it all, throwing herself into a Time Pocket... Destroying everything... And yet she chose to love herself, and give herself a Time to... Stop... Re think... And keep going.
Timekeeper Cookie has what Dark Enchantress Cookie wants the most, power to break Cookiekind's fate... And Timekeeper Cookie, with all that power, still clings to the things Dark Enchantress Cookie managed to get rid of... emotions and fate.
