Since I drew my main ship with Annie, I thought I’d draw my main ship with Pika again! Plus having new content with them will help in making my new profile banner on main. Here’s a version of Pika on her own below:

Poor Pika’s been having a hard time, but she’s lucky to have her sweet Shadow to comfort her...

My first art collab, done! It was truly a lot of fun to do this with my awesome friend @askkingshadow  especially since I was just struggling and losing motivation with the drawing I did before this. My friend did the sketch while I outlined and colored it digitally. Oh yeah...and this is my first Pika X Shadow art ever!! Gawd, they are so cute together.

Have you ever had that time where you just think about the love you truly want, or the love you have, which you are happy with?

I’ve been through both of those phases. Many, many times. It’s a bit crazy as you go through them, but it’s paid off for me.

You want to know who I’m talking about, don’t you? I’ll give you a name. Shadow.

I’ve never felt more full in my heart and soul, and wanted so much out of life, than the time I wasn’t with him. There’s just something about him that always makes my heart flutter. Sure, he may not be as emotional, and is neutral towards the world, but he has a really good heart. And although fate has drawn us apart in the past, in the end, the two of us were able to reunite and begin the rest of our life together.

Haha no, I’m not talking about marriage. Marriage...is one heck of a commitment. It is something I have wanted to be a part of ever since I was young, but I’m not sure Shadow is ready for that commitment. Me, well...I’m just being patient. I don’t really mind how long we wait, since there is a lot going on around us. But what truly matters to me...is that we still have each other.

Though I’ve realized the two of us are immortal. It just makes me wonder what life would be like for the two of us if we really did stay in this cruel world for so long. Would we love it? Would we hate it? Would we even adjust? But we would also hate losing our friends and living through those losses for basically eternity. I’ve made so many friends in my life, and I know Shadow has too.

I also know there’s someone Shadow would love to be with in the afterlife. A brave human who sacrificed herself for his happiness...I’ve admired her for her optimism and her heroism. I’m not going to mention her name, but...you may know who she is.

Though what I’ve just talked about is the love I have now. What about before, you may ask? Let’s just say…I’ve gone through a lot of shit. And I’ve been through many phases of love multiple times. The guys I was together with went for me because they admired me, wanted me for who I was (at least, I believed they did), or even just wanted to kiss me. But despite the reason they wanted me...I was the same every time. I was flattered, and a bit shocked they liked me, but I always took the love they gave me, because it was what I really wanted in my life. And I wanted to give them the best love I had from deep inside me, because I felt they deserved it. Though every time...they always dumped me.

Despite the breakups being for various reasons, I went through the exact same many phases, with heartbreak and crave for love again being the worst. Which always led to the other failed relationships. There was even one where I went through truly unspeakable acts, but that’s not something I ever want to talk about.

But Shadow’s...his love is the only one where I’ve gotten the most hope and become the happiest in my entire, possibly immortal, life. And I am truly grateful for everything him and I both have as beloveds.

I don’t care if he is an anthropomorphic hedgehog, and I am mostly human, but also demon. The two of us formed something special together, and I believe it’s something to be embraced, not criticized. If you don’t like it, then I say leave it alone. But nothing ever beats having the one you truly love in your life. Remember that.
