Work has been okay so far, but I'm not okay with my current lifestyle. My ED had worsen, I'd been gaining weight like nobody's business for the past few months (up til now). Please don't try to educate me on how I should eat, because if you're mentally stable you're most likely not gonna understand how difficult it is to just "control yourself". I'm tired of hearing this. If you're facing the same issue, please talk to someone you can trust, or seek for help, if you have enough financial supoort. Therapy is just so expensive and inefficient here ngl. It's sad that most people around me aren't educated about EDs. They're often seen as a) A taboo; b) A choice; c) A form of diet. Srsly WTF?!
