What is your favorite candle scent? Pine 

Do you have a favorite book? Nope, I love too many books

Are you a tea or coffee person? Tea... infusion even

What is your favorite brand and color of lipstick? I have 2 faves, both liquid lipsticks: Salem by Limecrime (I did not know about the whole thing before I bought it) and Bow n Arrow by Kat von D Beauty

What is your favorite perfume/cologne? L’eau en Blanc from Lolita Lembicka, but it has been discontinued

Do you have a celebrity crush? Until this tragic year, it was Alan Rickman... I haven’t recovered yet...

If you had to give up the color black, what color would you choose instead? Dark Green

If you could change your name to a stereotypical 90s/2000s gothy name, what would it be? I have no idea what these are, really (I grew up on a tiny island and my internet in the early 2000s did not allow for much goth culture). 

What are your top three tips for surviving hot weather while black clad? Move to Ireland, Long skirts keep you cool and wear a hat

What song will always make you happy (doesn’t have to be a goth band)? ABBA songs! (defo not a goth band; though they’re Nordics)

Are you active in the arts (ex. Play an instrument, paint, write, etc)? I would say so... I draw (check my @tipidip tumblr to see more), I paint, I create costumes, I write a bit, I sculpt polymer clay sometimes, I sew a little bit

If you had a teacup or mug made inscribed just for you, what would you have it say? Live and let live

What is your number one non-gothy hobby? Bollywood and tahitian dance ^^

If you could be a supernatural creature, what would it be and why? I would be a faun, or a kami, a spirit of the forest. My spirituality lies within Nature, its respect and its balance.

What horror monster-based super power would you have? Turning into a bat sounds cool

Do you feel confident or comfortable interacting with other Goths or gothy people (online or irl)? Why or why not? Depends on the goths, I am usually not comfortable interacting wit new people, but once I know them... Plus irl, the community in DUblin has some of the most amazing and creative individuals I’ve met and they were so accepting of me!!

Which is more important for a look: Great hair or great makeup? Makeup, because my hair is terrible and never agrees with my plans.

Is there something you wish there was more of in your subculture? I wish our encounters were less nightly, I am a day person and I cannot afford the luxury of going to at unholy hours,my body takes forever to recover... Having to go to clubs to see goths is something apparently very common in the whole world, but hink about day gothsies too!

Care to share an embarrassing story related to your “darkliness“? Meh, not really? Maybe my brain works hard at forgetting these but I can’t think of any.

How are you at DIY? Not bad, but not at the top top level, I wish I was almost professional! (What I make looks cool, but it still looks scrappy and diy, it needs to look more polished)

Quickly describe your ideal wedding. It would have my boyfriend in it :) - less than 100 people, a few family members but not too may - a classy place (mansion or castle) and people not judging me for being exhausted and going to bed...

I love watching cheesy romance films. False... they make me cringe!

I ALWAYS remember to wash off my makeup at night. Now true, I developed and allergy to some eye products and I have to remove my makeup or I wakeup with sore and crusty eyes (yummy).

I wear non-black pajamas most nights. True and false... I just wear t-shirts and leggings and I don’t cre about the colour;

I still listen to a boy band that had disbanded years ago. If Hanson counts, then true. Mmmbop...

I still browse Hot Topic’s clearance racks. False. I don’t think I ever bought anything from Hot Topic. But I don’t judge people wo do, i just never think of Hot Topic when browsing for clothes.
