Reunions and sentiments. He’d scoff at the silliness of it had it not been for the shit storm they had to face. It was beyond sick, this battle. The reasoning still hadn't made sense to Ken but who had time to think on such things when the doors finally opened and reinforcement stepped in. A little too late, but at least there was only one death. 

Blinking to adjust to the light outside, Ken, using his final dregs of strength, carried a bloodied and badly injured Ruairi out and placed him gently on the stretcher and hoped the man would be alright. Swatting away the medics that began checking him, Ken staggered out of their reach with a scowl. Idiots. There were others that needed help more. He'd been fine. He was fine. He crashed into a tree and fell down. Laughter broke through in bubbles of relief, of disbelief, of finally being released from what honestly was a nightmare scene. But as a shadow moved around him, Ken shot up immediately, senses on alert as if it wasn’t over, only to fall back down at a similar speed a second later clutching his side, “Fuckk.”

Plot Drop #4 - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

After tireless hours trying, the coven was finally able to disarm the barrier surrounding the Rosefell Castle. But, by the time the Seraphs were able to swarm in, the damage had already been done. Those whom had been voted to stay were injured and bloody with one vampire’s life being lost. Some of the 10 were quickly carried off in stretchers to the nearby ambulances while others were united with their friends and family. The traumatic events of the weekend now behind them, or so they thought...

But, upon setting back into their daily routine, did the last round of letters turn up. One letter was left for Selene with who Alina had impersonated as a personalized birthday gift while the other five were delivered to each of the council members with a warning-

You can pretend to be civilized all you like, but if your own groups turning on each other wasn’t enough of a message, here is a reminder- Not one, but two of your council members voted for the another. You can pretend to be a united front all you want, but soon the rest will see your true colors too. Change is coming. You’ve all been warned.

We will also be returning to resuming our regular activity checks. Starting now, we will only be counting posts made physically on the dash (rather than written out in our discord text/chatzy server etc.), but you can also carry over those threads to your tumblr blogs to count for activity or ask for a hiatus if you need the time.

After he made sure his siblings were okay, Leo stayed back near the castle to... moral support? In case if Logan needed something, since she is at least talking to him now. But it’s not like he can help Logan break the spell. He has been mostly wandering around the perimeter, pretending to look for a way in, killing time. Noticing a familiar figure of Nolan on his path, Leo sneaks up behind the seraph without making a sound. “Fancy seeing you here.” He announces himself out of nowhere, flashing a smile when Nolan turns around. “Looking for a way in? Any luck?” He then notices the red sweater and lets out a blank sound of “huh.” He stares for a moment, processing. He hasn’t really seen Nolan during the Valentine Day party, and the other didn’t say anything about being in a relationship before. “Well, I guess this explains why you’ve been busy.” He remarks knowingly, feigning a playful teasing tone.

Today has been rather weird for him. Chris wasn’t entirely sure what he was supposed to do (which, honestly, is a general theme of his life at this point). All these events were related to dating or activities for couples... which, he has no idea where he and Brycen stands on this. Yes, they are still married on paper and have spent time together, but they are stuck in this weird limbo of ‘what are we?’ If he remembered his high school days he would have said this is so high school... And at some point at the evening, he decided it was pointless in standing around and waiting. So Chris just texted Brycen to meet him at the Honesty Room. He was ready to be as direct and honest as possible, but his plan is thrown out of windows when Brycen walks in dressed like that. “Hey, um, wow, you look... amazing.” Chris stammers before zoning out for a moment, and ends up with “...I completely forgot what I was gonna say. How’s-- how’s your evening?”

Eliot is leaning against a beanbag, taking a break from exploring the castle all morning. He was hoping for secret entrances or dungeons but no such luck. Maybe he just hasn’t looked hard enough. Either way, he could use a breather. The stars strewn above his head reminds him his days in the wilderness, lying on the hood of the truck and stargazing with either his father or Lys. He hangs his head backward, and sees Brycen walks in. “Yo, Bry, what are you doing up here?” He greets, pushing himself to sit up straight and lazily turns toward his roommate. “Thought you’d be hanging out with your husbando. Don’t they have like, couple’s classes?” Eliot tilts his head at the black outfit. As much as Brycen is one of his closest friends here, he doesn’t pry usually. Respecting privacy and whatnot. So if he is asking questions like that, it jus is from a place of genuine curiosity... “Hey, can I ask you something? About relationships and shits.” He blurts out another question, because he often goes to Brycen for advices.

The grass under her socks was cold, and Bea faintly realized she probably should have put on her shoes before she bolted from the her luxurious jail cell with her suitcase in hand. In her hurry she also brought the duvet she’d been covering herself with while she was stuck in the room, and though she did feel a twinge of guilt at stealing, she figured the least the castle owed her was this small comfort. It would of course be returned before she left the grounds. But she couldn’t leave yet, not when she didn’t know if her friends were safe. Her friends and Ken, who Bea didn’t know how to categorize anymore. So she sat on her suitcase in her stolen blanket and ate an apple she’d plucked from a tree and hoped she wasn’t breaking some form of etiquette she hadn’t learned about.

The thought of why she was out here while a group of others were still stuck inside was one she had to constantly push from her mind, she’d held out as long as she could when it came to voting, before giving in, in the end. In truth, she was a coward, even after exiting the castle, she kept to herself, terrified of finding out who was still inside and whether or not they’d been people she’d put in there with her own hands. Her mind was purposefully blank, with only the apple in her hand taking up space. Bite, chew, swallow, repeat. She stared into the space before her, eyes unfocused until she realized the horse in the distance had a horn on it’s head. Bea blinked and straightened as she took in her friend attempting to talk to the unicorn. An honest to god unicorn. She dropped the apple and pressed her palms to her eyes and looked again. “Kai, is that... is that a fucking unicorn?” It hit her a second later, Kai. He was safe. “Oh. Oh god. Kai.” She didn’t feel how cold the grass was as she sprinted to her friend and threw herself at him in an attempt at a hug. “Are you okay?”

“So how the fuck do we break into this bitch?” Ainsley asked aimlessly as she tossed a rock at the window and it bounced off the spell and back in front of her at her feet. “I’ve got a red head in there that needs saving.” She informed the person next to her. “While I’m sure the people in there with her are great and all, personally my survival skills are better than theirs.” She didn’t doubt that Margot wasn’t competent enough to keep herself alive, it was just the matter of giving her extra help. “So want to help me plan how to break in or are you out?”

“Hey Cromwell,” Ainsley greeted as she came up behind her friend. “Do you want me to hug you or do you want to punch something?” She asked before approaching Liv any further. “Also is there any shot at all that we can get into this building? I mean we both have wings? Maybe we can fly and try to get in that way to save our girl?” She suggested in the hopes that maybe they could form some plan to save Margot. “How did you even find out it was her?”
