[[Yeah you're completely misunderstanding what I'm saying and I don't really know what to do about it. Partly because it's 3am, partly because I'm tired of this conversation at this point. I'm gunna say this one more time and if you don't get it then I can't help you.
My tags are not 100% IC. They are jokingly added to make light of a post or to serve as an internal monologue for Reno.
So if Axel reacts to a tag he is either:
Reacting to something that didn't actually happen and therefore Reno is not aware of.
or
Reacting to Reno's thoughts.
Neither of these make any sense, so Reno will react accordingly by being really fucking confused.
For example, lets go back to Larxene.
I, the mun, reblogged a photoset of Larxene because she is a character Reno has history with and is therefore relevant to my blog.
I jokingly stated, OOC in the tags--though out of brackets it was obviously OOC because of how it was worded--that Reno was laying down and covering his face. I was jokingly alluding to the fact that he had a crush on and small fling with her in the past.
Yet, for some reason, your Axel came to Reno IC, mocking him for being "afraid" of a "female"--why is that even relevant btw--when
a) Reno wasn't afraid of Larxene in the first place
and
b) He wasn't provoked to do anything at all??
Naturally Reno would be completely baffled by this random guy he doesn't know stalking up to him and insulting him over something that wasn't even true for no apparent reason.
Not only was Axel being antagonistic towards Reno for literally no reason--this whole thing started, again, because you reacted IC to something OOC--but he was doing so over a wrong assumption that you, the mun, made.
The next time you're uncertain of a character's relationship with another, message the mun OOC to clarify things before assuming and just throwing an ask/post out there.
To summarize:
Always assume my tags are OOC and never react to them IC.
Never assume you know a character's relationship with another because they vary greatly from RPer-to-RPer.
If you are ever confused about anything always approach the mun first and ask for clarification before putting an ask or post forward.
I think that covers everything.

/This is how my muse operates and continues to do so. Any character from the organizaation or from his KH universe is someone he would know. It will stay that way unless that organization member or character is an AU (as in not from his universe.) My muse knows a bunch of Renos, but he will always introduce himself to new ones. All tags he sees IC from muses that reflect upon him will be replied to. It has always been this way with my muse. it is like a bad habit that he can't break.

"So you are afraid of Larxene?" Axel smirks at Reno and shakes his head as he tries not to laugh. "Wow I didn't think you have fear from a female from my group. Not so tough and fearless now are you."
The Turk is completely off-put and confused. Not to mention a little insulted. He and Larxene had been friends! ...Maybe a little more than that. For one night.
