I wanna shoot this idea out in the open in case anyone else wants a shot at it or likes the idea. I may or may not do it if I have extra time.
A dark Klive AU. Where Klaus is the only one who tries to discourage Five from making any jumps before knowing what will happen. But Five jumps anyway. Now anything can happen in this jump but I'm thinking because he got distracted by Klaus running to stop him he momentarily forgets all the key points he should know for jumping and ends up in nothingness.
Just pitch black, alone with his thoughts. And it seems like forever but somehow he manages to work his way back again. But you can't stay in a reality where nothing seems to exist without something changing you. And for Five he comes back the same but different, a little more mean, a little more angry, and maybe just a little more crazy.
What felt like forever was really only a short amount of time.
At first everyone is a little thrown in off by Fives behavior but after a few weeks things seem to go back to normal. Except for Klaus who can't help but feel like he's being watched, not by something dead, but something alive.
Reginald finds out that Five sort of stalks Klaus and stands at the end of his bed to watch him sleep. So he makes a deal he can watch Klaus all he wants without getting into trouble if he does a few favors in return. Five latches on to the deal.
Over time things get a bit worse for Klaus maybe Five gets extremely possessive and manhandles Klaus a few times a little more rough than he likes. Maybe he starts to threaten anyone who tries to get close to Klaus.
At this point Reginald up's the ante. He technically bought the children so they're more like property than people in his eyes. Fives does a few things that are, well not nice at all, and in return he can own Klaus. As in his father would give him the correct paperwork to legally own Klaus.
And when everyone finds out all hell breaks loose.
"Five! Klaus can date whoever he wants! He doesn't need your permission!" Allison snapped. Her hands were on her hips such a matter that it reminded Ben of Mom. Even though Allison was a good head taller than Five the teleporter looked at her in contempt.
"I get to EXACTLY decide what happens to Klaus." Five hissed back.
Ben flinched, Five only sounded like that when he was close to throwing a fit about something. And when Five threw a fit, it normally meant things exploding and lots of blood. He can see Vanya flinch as well, no doubt remembering the last time Klaus tried to go on a date without Five knowing.
"What gives you the right to decide!" Allison snarled suddenly. Jabbing a well manicured finger into Five's chest.
"Because I fucking OWN HIM!" Five shouted suddenly slapping the hand away, "He's MINE!"
