Charleston, Tom, Leo, Dark!Tadea, Iro, Ryder, Zaria
Tom is the pack alpha. The pack lives in his neighborhood. He won’t move away from them. It’s also the house Josie grew-up in and it’s comforts Tom with little reminders that Marie might be dead, but she lives on in other ways.
Charleston is the pack second and the beta. He’s not going to move away from his pack, especially not and give up his house and move in with a kid too. He likes his quiet space.
Leo--pack alpha. While he would love to move in with you, he cannot do so and leave his pack living in tenement apartments.
Dark!Tadea--Same as above.
Iro--She doesn’t move in with people. She is comfortable where she is, and besides, it’s safer this way.
Ryder lives with his brother. He can’t trust him to live on his own.
Zaria has a mansion, a dog, and everything the way she likes it. Her residence is a family estate and she’s comfortable there.

3. Tadea, if you seem attracted to Iro at all, suggests that it might be fun to invite her to join you sometimes. After all, she has loads of experience and she’s always easy on the eyes.

I've seen the idea of a Dark!Tadea before the most recent Tadea/Iro/Gabby ask; without going into spoiler territory, what exactly does turning Tadea 'dark' entail? How different is Dark!Tadea from Light!Tadea?
Without going too much into spoiler territory, you have to convince her to get her hands dirty and take over the werepanther pride.
Dark Tadea has a cruel, vindictive side to her. She expects absolute loyalty from her pride, and is quick to make examples of any who would oppose her. She does not view herself as evil, however, but necessary. She still loves fiercely and wants to spoil her SO, however, she’s more willing to share as long as her SO knows that they are hers, first and foremost.
Dark Tadea is more confident and assured, but there’s also a mental toll for what she’s done. This leads to a more violent anger when she unleashes her fury, and remorseless outpouring of that rage that leaves bodies in her wake.
