My first graders are doing a play and one of the costumes is a button up and a tie and one my girls is in that costume and she goes “teacher is it okay that I wear a tie. Only daddy wears a tie. And I go. Gigi anyone can wear any anything. And she goes good. Because I wear boys shirts because I like superheroes. Maybe I’ll wear a tie too someday. I wish it has been cold enough to wear ties. I think she would benefit so much
