i do think one of the biggest things fans forget about the whole thing w anders is the fact he legitimately wanted to start a large-scale conflict. that was like. his explicit goal. he says this. i don't know what other fans think he was intending to do with the chantry boom but that's literally canon.

in da i want all choices to have reasons to exist and not be consider the "wrong" or "bad" choice bc otherwise it feels like a disincentivization to play them out. but i wish with all of my petty little heart out of the divine choices, divine leliana ended up with the worst worldstate bc of how hard this fandom glazes it as the "good" or "best" choice. it's not unrealistic that be the result but really to me it'd be funny to see the reaction to it.
