not sure if you like it, but i remembered these when you posted the feathered dinosaurs today. And I had the upper one as an iPhone Cover for years.

I liked the hint of vanity that came with a head crested with huge, colourful plumes, plus it’s surprising and slightly unsettling on a huge reptile, but I was way off the mark! I thought of her in brilliant gold leafmaille like feathers, with golden leaves woven into her cascade of hair, imagining her arrival in the dungeons as being like a dazzling sunrise, untouchable and searing, so bright she burned the eyes to look upon.”
