I have a feeling that your height doesn’t matter to him…. You’re taller? He’s delighted (and a bit amazed). You’re shorter? He’s delighted. You’re around the same height? He’s delighted. But! He can’t deny that he finds your short height adorable.

He’s overall a gentle lover, but… Sometimes he tends to forget that you are much more fragile than him. He would never hurt you on purpose, but sometimes he gets a bit carried away.

He will apologize with lots of affection, like hugs and kisses though!

This man loooves to pick you up in his arms a lot as well. Your weight doesn’t matter either, he just loves to hold you close to him like you’re his bride...

..and he might not say this to you directly, but he absolutely loves to hear when you compliment his strength while he holds you. Then he'll just act all smug about it-

Borsalino being how he is, he would definitely tease you a bit about your height. He’d occasionally just comment on it out of nowhere or do something to get your attention. Like he’d take your hand and place it on his and point out the size difference.

Sakazuki / Akainu

He isn’t the biggest fan of the huge height difference. He does prefer someone more close to his height. He had some concerns, but all the pros and you as a person made him forget the height difference. With time, he learned to “accept” it as he claims, but honestly…

In all truth, he loves how your small size makes him feel. Next to you, he feels more masculine and better about himself. He feels large and muscular. It just makes him so damn proud and boosts his ego and this man is all for it. 

Actually, call him your knight or something. He’d claim it’s childish for you to call him that but he secretly likes it a lot.

 He likes having you sit on his lap. He enjoys the closeness and it’s great you fit onto his lap so easily due to your size so it can be done almost everywhere. There’s also something he especially loves  and it’s when you sit on his thigh. But that’s mostly on a more private setting.

It goes without saying that he’s there to help you reach places, but he likes to watch you get creative when trying to reach the high-up cabinets and such. He adores seeing your dedication to the task.

Kuzan / Aokiji

I think he has a preference for shorter women, so your height isn’t a problem at all. Like Borsalino, he isn’t too worried about anything, but he’s a bit more aware and actively worries more about accidentally hurting you. Eventually he relaxes though.

He adores you and thinks you’re sooo cute when you look up to his face from your height. Or do pretty much anything, he can’t help it. 

He is a very caring man, but sometimes it might get a little annoying when he finds almost everything you do cute. He’s too lazy to fight or argue, so he’ll just be there and silently think how you’re pretty cute when you’re angry.

And there’s something that he loves to no limits. When he sees you wearing his shirts or other clothes. The way you look in his clothes, how oversized they are, there’s just… something in that sight, that gets to him. And he loves the way his shirts smell like you after you've wore them.

He loves to keep his hands on your head, stroke your hair and all that stuff when you’re near him. He might even rest his arm on you as you’re so short, but only to get a reaction out of you and then smile at you afterwards and apologize.

Issho / Fujitora

He wouldn’t necessarily mind the big height difference and you being smaller, but he would almost freak out about hurting you by accident. He’d make extra effort to be super gentle with you.

He would be the most protective out of all of these 4 and he would literally help you with anything you ever ask for. He doesn’t tease you about your height, but he might worry sometimes a little bit too much.

He was very cautious the first time you cuddled for example. He was afraid to hug you tightly, because he wasn’t sure if he'd be able to control all his strength.

Once he is comfortable though, you can expect lots of hugs from him. By the way, he gives such excellent, comforting hugs!

Eventually he calms down with his concerns, but he will never NOT put effort to treat you gently like a flower in his hands.

and in case i understood this wrong, a good date would include: lots of talking and getting to know eachother better, being silly around each other (it´s a sign of trust for me if you are able to be goofy around the other person <3), then sharing a first kiss and maybe holding hands, leaning on eachother and just enjoying each others company!

Date application

Kizaru was no stranger to letters from admirers. People loved men with power and all admirals got tons of letterseach week. It was tedious to go trhough them all, so he picked out a few and let his assistant take care of the rest. Sometimes they brought a few letters, amusement written in their face.

It was the case with this particular letter, which he'd read twice already, understanding why his assistant had been trying hard n tto laugh. The content was indeed unusual, he'd never seen anything like this. Countless time had he been asked out or been hinted to ask the sender out. This was a new way to ask for a date.

"Hmm." He mused, as he pondered what to answer to this application. Who called themselves i? And at such young age? A frown formed on his face, as his eyescontinued down the page. Was this a joke? Or ws it sincere? Maybe it was even a trap.

He called his assistant back. "Send reply to the sender. Thank them for their interest and I am flattered to have their attention, but I'm a busy man and I don't have much time to mess around with someone as young as them."

He hasn´t been in many relationships in his life, mostly because he rarely lets anyone close. Bro has trust issues :(

He dislikes being vulnerable in front of others, but his S/O is who he shows his true self. It is not something to take lightly

He KNOWS he is attractive and it flatters his ego when he is complimented on it, but if one wants to win his heart, you need to go deeper than that. He wants a person who truly appreciates him beyond looks

His love language is gift giving. He will gift his S/O anything they desire, and it´s his way of showing he cares. He gets excited like a kid in a candy store when he brings his S/O something and waits for them to open the gift

Most of the time it doesn't even have to be anything expensive. Of course he likes to spoil his S/O, but sometimes he just sees something small, which reminds him of them and he decides to buy it

General headcanons

He listens to Modern Talking. Don't ask where this comes from, I just feel like he'd like their music. Also somehow I was thinking he'd like Bon Jovi, too? He isn't like a crazy fan for either of them, just likes various of their songs. Could see him listening instrumental music as well, like game/movie soundtracks

Surprisingly enough he isn't a huge drinker. He enjoys an alcoholic drink every now and then to refresh, but he knows his limits. He knows when it feels good and when it goes overboard

He doesn't have visible muscles for the most part, I'd like to think him having a bit of body fat which hides them. My man is an attorney, he hasn't been focusing in training or being physically fit all that much. He does like to keep himself in decent shape though, because healthy body equals a healthy mind

He's not tall per se, more like average height, definitely under 180 centimeters

He's a minimalist. He doesn't have anything "extra" in his apartment, just the necessities

Speaking off, his wardrobe probably isn't huge either. Maybe a basic suit or two, so he can wash the other and still have the other one wearable. Otherwise his wardrobe is filled with mostly casual comfortable clothes. He values practical clothes, too

If he ends up having time to play games, he'd definitely mostly be into single player, story focused games. Not into fps games. One of his favorites are, funny enough, Ace Attorney games (he also likes the soundtrack)

SFW relationship headcanons

He doesn't strike me as a person who would be into dating all that much, but if he finds so called a right person, he might consider it. He doesn't really sleep around with lots of people either

He values the personality of a person more than looks. Forming an emotional and a mental bond is what matters him the most when it comes to a relationship

He doesn't even have a type, really. He thinks he is capable of finding anyone attractive if their personality hits him

And while we are at it, I bet he would love to have conversations with his S/O about anything. He'd love to discuss anything, silly to serious to deep thoughts with the right person. He wants to hear his S/Os thoughts and share his own

He'd also love to have playful, sarcasm filled banters/debates with his S/O

Either quality time or physical touch are his love languages

Quality time, because he is often doing long days and working a lot so he might not be around as much as he'd like. But when he finally is around his S/O, no matter what they do, he is going to be very happy. He likes to do the most basic, mundane things together with his S/O. Having breakfast, watching TV, showering together, cooking together, sitting together in the same room...

And what comes to physical touch, he just loves to get touchy with his S/O and most of the time not even in a sexual way. It is like a way to make up for all the time he hasn't been around. All the little touches and kisses he exchanges with his S/O makes him feel so loved

Oh, and one thing he'd absolutely love is to get a massage from his S/O. He would literally melt to their touch

I am back babyyyyy!! And thank you for your request :) I hope y'all like what I wrote! It has been a while since I wrote any scenarios.

Warnings: Death, violence (nothing too graphic) & angst (kinda)

Borsalino / Kizaru

The ongoing battle was nothing out of the ordinary. He has done this a million times before and not a single thought was given to the idea that something could happen. He had your back and you had his. You were a great team together. He fought with his usual attitude without a care, next to you… Until.

A flash of fear traveled through his whole body as he saw someone appear out of nowhere, charging a powerful looking attack towards you. He rushed towards you, trying to block the attack but the attack was way too quick, even for him.

His pupils dilated. Your lifeless body fell on the ground in front of him. He stood there in shock for a brief moment, processing what just happened.

His legs got weak all of a sudden and he almost fell on his knees, but he kept himself together. He tried so hard to keep a calm face. I´d generally view him as a logical person who doesn't let his emotions take over him, but in this moment anger, sadness and confusion took over him.

He charged towards your killer, attacking them almost recklessly. If you'd still be around to see his face, you would just see this maniac look on his face. He kept attacking until the killer was dead for sure. After that, he seemed surprisingly calm again. He returned to your dead body and kneeled down, looking at you. He realized that killing your killer didn't make him feel  any better.

"How dare you leave me," he said with a laugh. And for a moment he smiled, until the corners of his mouth quivered as he held back tears, trembling.

Sakazuki / Akainu

His job as a Fleet Admiral is fairly dangerous. He has many enemies and even most Marines probably dislike him, so his top priority is to keep you off the battlefield. This one time it was not possible though.

He fought proudly, making sure that no one even glances at you. The enemies teamed up on him and he was busy dealing with them for a moment when a pirate sneaked closer to you, pointing a gun at you. Sakazuki finished up the teamers and as he turned his head towards you, he immediately sensed danger. 

He rushed towards you, grabbing that damn pirate, but in that exact moment the pirate shot his bullet. Bang. Sakazuki heard your body hit the ground while still charging forward, tightening his grip on the pirate´s neck.

His anger levels went through the roof in milliseconds and he groaned loudly as he realized what had happened. He burned that pirate with his boiling magma and then launched a huge attack, letting out an angry scream over the top of his lungs.

Then he stood there, breathing heavily and superficially. He felt anger, hatred even. Hatred towards the whole world. Hatred towards himself for being so weak. 

"I couldn't keep you safe. What a foolish man I am,” he said as he took his cap off, staring at the ground covered in blood. “I despise myself for letting this happen.”

Kuzan / Aokiji

He doesn't like fighting more than he needs to, but he is always there to protect you. It's a drag for him to deal with enemies, but he does it despite complaining the whole time. Luckily most of the people who attack you two are fairly weak compared to him.

Nothing unusual happened as the enemies came, making him sigh at the bother of dealing with them once again. He chatted and protected you with the powers of the ice fruit, while you both were unaware that one of the attackers was a pirate which had quite a bounty on his head. The pirate broke through his ice, catching him completely off-guard.

Pirate damaged him slightly in the process, but before he could react in any way, the pirate had made their way towards you. He saw the situation in slow-motion, he saw how the pirate took your life…

In the matter of seconds, you were dead right in front of him. The pirate held your dead body, then pushed it away from them, towards Kuzan. He catched your body in his arms and held you, looking at you in disbelief. He kept repeating your name, trying to wake you up as the pirates fled.

You were not responding. He swallowed, feeling a thigh pressure in his chest. A tear ran down his cheek. He felt guilty for your death, but mostly sad.

He held you closer to him. "Seems like I failed. I am so sorry my love. I don’t know how I let myself be so easy-going and take things for granted." 

Issho / Fujitora

You accompany him on the missions he is on regularly. It's mostly not dangerous at all, but there are exceptions. During this mission, it wasn't long until you two were in the middle of a battle. 

Things escalated quickly and soon he had to go almost all out, bringing a meteorite to finish it all up. He is a wise person with a good battle IQ, but there was one thing he didn’t consider before launching his attack. The enemies were strong enough to slice up the meteorite.

And that is exactly what happened. He knew he messed up when he sensed it happening. He screamed your name, trying to get you to avoid it, but still. A piece of a burning meteorite flew right at you and despite him being strong and aware of the situation, he couldn’t react fast enough.

Your voice disappeared. He couldn’t detect you any more. Panic and regret filled his mind as he continued fighting. The meteorite wasn’t supposed to hit you, it was supposed to hit the enemies!

The battle continued, but he put his sword away. His hands were shaking and he tried to contain himself. He had a lump in his throat that felt like it blocked his talking and even breathing. He knew not to freak out, but he desperately tried to sense your presence. No success. The guilt and sadness were slowly gaining a mix of anger as well.

You flip over on the double bed, sleeping restlessly until the alarm goes off. It takes you a moment to burst awake. You can’t be late for work.

Before getting up, you notice how there is no one on the other side of the bed. Still sleepy, your hand wanders and searches for him in the empty sheets. Usually Borsalino was still sleeping beside you and you usually woke up before him. A yawn escaped your mouth as you muttered his name.

“Borsalino..?”

Borsalino / Kizaru

You weren´t quite friends with him, but:

You´ve had this habit of eating lunch together every day. You sit, eat, chat and it has become the highlight of the day for both of you. This has been going on for some years. By the same table there usually sits other Marines too, like Sakazuki, Garp, Kuzan and Sengoku but you always sat face to face with Borsalino.

One day however, he couldn´t make it to be there for the lunch break because he had an important mission elsewhere.

It doesn´t seem like a big deal to miss it once, but this actually made him realize how much he enjoyed spending time with you.

He hasn´t thought about it that much, but he has been having a crush on you for a while now...

As his mind went trough all these thoughts, the realization hit him even harder. He was falling for you. It wasn´t a small crush anymore...

Now that he has realized he loves you he really wants to let you know that. He will try his best to be back from the mission as soon as possible, preferably on the same day.

You will hear a knock on your door and he is standing there, apologizing and inviting you to eat dinner with him because he skipped lunch. He looked almost serious!

He had a paper bag and there was two instant noodle cups, one for each of you. He had them already ready so you can quickly grab them and eat.

As you two sat down to eat, he didn´t chat like he usually would. He just stared at you while you slurped your noodles.

Suddenly he smiles widely, squinting his eyes and his dragged, pleasant tone pronounces:

"Today I realized that I am in love with you"

Sakazuki / Akainu

You have been friends with him for a long time and you care for each other deeply, even if he isn´t the most affectionate type. (Well let´s be honest, he hardly shows any affection, but he has his ways)

You could even say that you two were `best friends` and you regularly visited the Marine HQ´s to see him (Or if you are a Marine yourself, you took some time off to visit him throughout the day)

At first he was super annoyed that you bothered him when he was working, but overtime he learned to appreciate your company. Sometimes you didn´t even say anything, you just chilled there with him.

One day when was working overtime... He was extremely stressed with work, because it has been a rough week. You were with him earlier that day, but of course you couldn´t hangout with him all day. You had responsibilities too.

You knew that he was working overtime today, so you decided to make a surprise visit to him.

You slid the door open and he looked at you with a very surprised look on his face. He wasn´t expecting anyone to come to his room without knocking and when it was this late.

You entered and placed something on his desk. You brought him a lunchbox with sandwhiches and a brand new cigar packet. His eyes widened and he looked at you.

That was when he realized how precious you are to him. His face might not look like it but his heart is literally squeezing in happiness. He is falling for you...

He doesn´t reveal his feelings right away. He just thanks you and gives you a slight smile (And seeing him smile is VERY RARE!)

He takes his time to process his feelings and much later, probably talking about months later, he decided to reveal his feelings for you. He had bought some flowers and he wrote a card.

One day he was waiting for you to visit him like you usually do, but for your surprise, when you entered, he stood up and handed you the flowers. You looked at the flowers, and noticed the card. The text on the card reads:

"I might be in love with you..." (with hearts drawn around the text)

Kuzan / Aokiji

You and him probably are not the closest with each other. It´s not that he doesn´t like you, you two just never got the chance to befriend each other better, if ya get what I mean.

He is probably physically attracted to you from the moment he first saw you and he has been asking you on a date multiple times, but that´s pretty much it.

You didn´t go on a date with him so he basically gave up the idea.

However, as time passed, something brought you closer to each other. You started to see each other more and spend more time together... It all just kind of happened.

You got to know him better and he got to know you better. You had endless conservations with each other while he was skiving off his work.

A certain incident happened however. Sakazuki became the Fleet Admiral and Kuzan left the navy. You didn´t see each other that much anymore...

When you were seperated, it made him feel insurmountable sadness because he missed you. Then he realized that he had a deeper emotional connection with you. His physichal attraction had evolved to romantic attraction. He loved you. He wanted to see you. He wanted to spend time with you.

He sailed over many seas, having this empty feeling in his heart until he finally couldn´t bare it anymore.

He searched for you. He wanted to see you at least one more time and one night you were sitting by the sea, watching the stars. You notice something in the horizon. It is someone riding a bicycle.. on water? As the figure came closer, you realized who it was.

He reached you and your reunition was beautiful. He hugged you tight and whispered in your ear:

"I never want to be seperated from you again. I love you"

Issho / Fujitora

You were friends. Usually, at least once a week, you sat down with him somewhere to talk.

Your topics were always random, but every time there was one thing he asked. He asked you to describe something beautiful you have seen to him. He enjoyed listening your describions.

You continued to meet with him weekly for months, then years. The meetings became more frequent too. Over time, his feelings for you grew...

He really enjoyed spending time with you and it seemed like you would never run out of topics to discuss or things to describe to him.

One beautiful evening, you were sitting somewhere outside. Once again, he asked you to describe something beautiful you have seen recently. You started to describe him how the sun setting right now was beautiful. You tried your best to describe the colors, but it was difficult.

He smiled as he listened to you and then he hit you with a question which you did not expect. He asked you to describe your face.

As you started to describe yourself, trying to remember how you looked because for some reason your mind went blank and you had a hard time remembering the sight you saw in the mirror.

His smile grew wider every moment and he finally cups your face and says:

He knew you from work and you knew him, but neither of you had ever talked to each other before. He took a further interest in you after bumping into you while you waited to enter Sakazuki’s office. You exchanged looks and he laughed, immediately finding himself having a little crush on you.

You didn’t really interact after that for weeks since he was away for a mission, but oh boy, he had some troubles getting you out of his mind during that time. You were attractive in his eyes, sure, but he didn’t think much of it. For him, there was nothing deeper. At least not yet.

A day after he got back from his mission he spent almost the entire lunch break admiring you from afar. During the last minutes of the break he came up to you and asked you on a date. You agreed.

Later you met and had an amazing date! You discussed and the discussion flowed like you’ve known each other for years. That was when he realized you were something special. The world is full of pretty people, but it’s not everyone you feel this kind of connection with after the first meeting. 

He wasn’t bold enough to confess right away so he took his time to process his feelings and get to know you just a liiiittle better before making a move.

He kept inviting you to date nights. Every time he fell in love with you more. Every time he learned something new about you which made you 100x more attractive to him.

He knew it wasn’t just a crush anymore. He wanted to tell you about his feelings, so that’s what he did. He took you on a date once again, but before getting started he took your hands, looking you straight in your eyes.
