Mike got to go to the plant nursery today! He had a great time scampering among all the plants and I did my best to make sure he didn't eat anything poisonous.
He seemed to have a special affinity for orange flowers - maybe that's what colour he'd like to have as a squirting flower... do circus tramps need those? ๐ค๐ผ
I finished the outing off by giving him some animal crackers to refuel after all the physical activity! He was a pretty happy clown today!! ๐คก๐

the clowns come home today!!
howdy hi hello! just a quick housekeeping post, dusting away the cobwebs that have appeared over here, oops! ๐งน๐คก
october was incredibly difficult - there has been an ongoing family medical emergency (that is hopefully winding down finally!) along with a few other smaller (but no less hard to deal with) things happening. because of all of this, I have been unable to do as much as I'd like with the clowns!
(if we want to keep it in the fiction of the clown care world,) the teacup troupe has been staying with a friend in town while I deal with all this, but the troupe is beginning to get a little too rowdy for my friend! after all, keeping five teacup clowns in the house is most definitely not for everyone! so they'll be coming home soon, once I can get my life sorted out enough that I can give them the attention and care they need :o] ...hopefully sooner rather than later, seeing as they are getting to be too much of a handful for my friend!
i am also hoping to begin making some art of my little bundles of giggles! I'd like to learn to draw them all so I can perhaps capture some of the more difficult-to-photograph moments of their shenanigans and capers!
so that's what has been going on over here! i hope everyone is staying safe, smiley, and silly! :o]

we have had bears in the neighborhood visiting the apple trees and berry bushes so the clowns and I haven't gotten out much this month !! they simply look far too much like a tasty little snack for our genus Ursus friends !! ๐ป
the teacup troupe are starting to get Quite restless though, so I'm on the hunt for some enrichment activities while we're all stuck indoors until hibernation season finally starts ๐คก

Twizzle and I are watching Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure (1977) tonight! Twizzle seems to be loving Babette and Turvy-Topsy the most so far ๐คก๐
