Betterman Ep. 10: Worms
A real love letter to horror films with this episode, and perfect with a late-night ramen meal.

They...they do look pretty tasty... Also, the additional letterboxing is a cool touch. Betterman was actually the first broadcast anime to be presented in a letterbox/widescreen format, and combined with tricks like dutch angles and muted colors, really strengthened that cinematic vibe. It also came out just before the shift to digital art, so I think itβs aged well for the most part.
