She looks lost but optimistic while on a colorful dance floor. Looking at her allows me to ponder the social anxiety that has always been present but seems to have irreversibly grown since the pandemic; but the colors are so calming and the Boov so angelic that even this anxiety may be someday overcome. Perhaps.
Really love how this one came out; I think I'm finally getting space themed backgrounds to really work for me. These denser watercolors are quite a bit more freeing due to their more forgiving nature in comparison to most watercolor types I had dealt with; I could layer them as I wish and not have to restart the whole thing just because of a planning error. For me, art is chaos; the way it should be. Ha! That's not always true but I love when it is.
