Photos from my adventures with the amazing @lucyfishleigh95 on Thursday 🥰😁❤️! Despite getting yelled at by a very rude bus driver, me having a nasty bladder spasm at the start of dance class, and a few other mishaps, we had such a great day 😁🥰💖 I have not been feeling well physically or with my mental health rn, but the love and support from all the guys at @rubicondance has made such a big difference 🥰❤️ on Thursday I got several very big hugs! I am so grateful and proud of how they dealt with me having a very painful spasm; there was no freak out or drama, just us finding a quiet spot for me to chill, Lucy holding my hand and asking “What can I do?” and passing my medication, and @lloydbinding changing the music to something quieter 😂! It was the first time they’d had to deal with a nasty spasm, and they did amazing. And they provided the perfect antidote after; cwtches! I was not able to be quite as enthusiastic in dance class, but I managed and enjoyed, and afterwards me and Lucy stopped and bought some matching pjs in the sale (that are my new fave pjs 🥰 I’m wearing them rn 😂!), then had a yummy lunch, including a gin and tiramisu (which was much needed by this point!) at Zizi’s. Oh, and Lucy even brought me homemade Brie and carrot soup, and it was so yummy! Basically, I’m incredibly lucky to have such fantastic friends who always manage to cheer me up and on 🥰💖 thanks for being amazing guys! #myfriendsareamazing❤️ #myheroes #thisgirlismyguardianangel #dancesquadgoals #palliativecarewarrior #theresalwaysgoodineveryday (at Zizi St Davids Centre) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8GVxLOBZbh/?igshid=i5zlqlriuz7y
