[NEWS] DA NANG - TOP SUMMER DESTINATION FOR SOUTH KOREANS 👏👏👏 Da Nang has emerged as top summer destination for visitors from South Korea, according to the Ticket Monster website. 👍👍 The seaside city has been listed among the 🇹 🇴 🇵 10 places of choice by families and couples this summer, based on bookings in the next 2 months, according to Seoul’s Yonhap news agency. Da Nang, which is home to beautiful My Khe Beach🏖🏖🏖 and a neighbour to the popular historic town of Hoi An, came in second on the list. It is followed by Tokyo, Bangkok and the US territory of Guam. The Japanese city of Osaka topped the list compiled by the website. South Koreans are expected to surpass Chinese tourists and become the biggest group of visitors to Da Nang in the near future. Viet Nam’s third largest city has so far received 538,000 South Korean tourists this year, accounting for a third of its foreign tourist arrivals, according to the Ho Chi Minh City tourism department.
