so I've ALWAYS been a sucker for heterochromia micolash, especially total heterochromia with one blue eye and one brown eye. but!! partial heterochromia is also beautiful as well, where half of his eyes would be both colours. it could also tie in to a headcanon that insight and beasthood change the colour of the eyes and so insight actually turns your eyes into a starry blue!!

another headcanon is that his eyes naturally look brown in the dark, but if close to a nearby light source (ie. a flickering candle) then you'll see his eyes change to a blue colour almost as if his true colours are hiding from you. pun intended

i adore giving any and all characters of mine (bloodborne or not) beastlike traits, so ofc i had to pass it to micolash where he has a third eyelid that is *really* thin but makes his eyes shift blue when it covers his eyes, hehe!

ANOTHER headcanon is tied to augurs. 2 me, you have to surgically implant augurs into one's body to use it (so it literally tears ur arm apart everytime and rebuilds it) and a little side effect is that it slowly turns your eyes blue. yay!! could be because of arcane (which is a separate headcanon too, exposure to arcane gives someone blue eyes) or simply great one exposure

also bonuses: shaving the eyebrows and eyelashes to remove anything that could hinder one from perceiving the beyond/allowing arcane/insight to totally take control of a person's body

micolash has eyes that look like the waves of the sea (and they move within his irises!)

damian's eyes glowing in the dark cuz of the blacksky eye or anyone's eyes being able to glow once they're fully attuned to arcane
