I'm enjoying the weekend, still not 100% recovered after a nasty cold, but it's Saturday and I'm going out! 😄 But before I do that, I wanted to pop open this 15yo Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Dalwhinnie. This is one of the most underrated scotch whisky, but I really don't know why, it's very good whisky 🙂. . Here is my review:. . Nose: Fresh, clean with floral notes, peach, pears and honey and a hint of smoke. Apples, toffee and a hint of sherry. . Palate: Bright and fruity, with walnuts, honey, malt, vanilla, gentle smoke and a hint of spice like cinnamon and nutmeg. . Finish: Medium to long with vanilla, honey and almonds. . So as you might tell, this is a tasty scotch, so why are people passing on it in general?🤔🤨. .
