Dasemulao or Previously called Tarlac 123 consisting 3 major mountains which are Mt. Damas, mt sem-ilya and mt tapulao and the very beautiful zambales river is indeed exciting and a knee cracking experience, totalling 63.2(+-)kms. We started at exactly 3pm saturday. Finished almost 7am monday. Being a support and team sweeper is never easy. Thrice the Pain, thrice the hunger but it shouldn't be a reason to give up and survival mindset is always a must. Sa lahat rin ng bagay na sinabi ko lalo sa sweep team, take it positively, it's not for me, it is all for you. If pang hihinaan ang isa, lift them up like it doesn't hurt that much. Train hard, train harder. Be prepared physically and mentally. "Okay na yan" is never okay. Di ko na kayu itatag. Congratulations sa lahat ng sumubok, lalo na sa sweep team. Lodi ko kayu.
