5. how many blankets / pillows do they like to have on their bed?

Jack has several blankets for different temperatures. He usually crumples them up and shoves them in a bin when they’re not being used. He has a big red comforter for when it’s cold, a red fleece and a thinner light blue fleece for the rest of the year. 

For pillows he usually has one for head and one to hold. He has a body pillow for those hard nights when you really need to wrap yourself around something.

Also got one of those microwavable pillows for when body aches.

12. do they prefer sleeping alone or with someone else?

Honestly ? He might enjoy sleeping with others, but he’s not exactly a welcoming sleep partner. Sure he’s cuddly, but he also drools, and murmurs in his sleep, has cold feet, and is restless, he might fall outta bed or even kick you so-- He rather not deal with getting complaints. 

He’s also a heavy sleeper though so, chances of you waking him up earlier than he wants to be isn’t an issue, and he also sleeps on his own schedule so chances of him actually ending up in bed at the same time as a significant other is rare. 

So while he likes sleeping with someone else, he does think it’s unrealistic for someone to put up with his chaos.

14. do they stay up too late? do they like staying up?

Jack stays up too late because he doesn’t get tired until he gets exhausted. He doesn’t necessarily like it, because he enjoys sleep, but insomnia is rough and nightmares are unwanted, so it’s necessary. 

22. do they have a fear they want to conquer, but haven’t yet?

Hmmm... What fear doesn’t irritate him to no end ? Clowns and the Dark, he thinks those are fine, normal fears people have, things he may or may not get over some day. 

He wouldn’t admit to having a fear of rejection, even if it’s one of his strongest fears.

Lilith tensed, pausing every so slightly in her step, as she felt the infuriating irritation ripple through her at the young child of a witch’s comment. She took a deep breath, calming herself, before she turned around with a forced, polite smile. 

“Well, unless you want to be swallowed whole by the things that like to hide along this lake. Things that would take you by each ankle, tightly, dragging you down, until you were nothing but a shell that they, in turn, could wear like a suit...living your life, while you scream inside, in some dark, small, prison of your own mind unable to....ever escape” She cocked her head in mock questioning interest, “If you would like that....well, then by all means...walk faster”

While Puss was distracted Kitty swiftly swiped his hat while hanging from a tree branch before going back to hiding amongst the foliage smirking at the fact he hadn’t noticed he was lacking his hat. As she moved through the foliage leaping from one tree to the other watching his every move until the right moment to make her presence known. When she saw her opportunity she took it by reflecting sunlight into his eyes using a spare coin she had found while visiting the land of Far Far Away. Of course, when she learned that Puss was here from the locals she decided to pay him a visit to see how he was fairing after they had gone their separate ways for so long. 

“Looks like someone forgot his hat.”

Soot-covered spectacles catch the light of the moon, and soon enough the rest of her as she approached. A brow quirked up out of old habit, as if she had caught the peacock doing something he shouldn’t.

One had to wonder why she was awake as well. Then again, in between the wolves and her own visions, it was difficult to find a moment of peace.

“You know, most people would just--” she waved a hand around. “-- fetch themselves a glass of water.”

It had been a few weeks now since Adam had been sent out on some sort of mission. Not that he was complaining, quite the opposite really. Seeing as it meant more time on Earth which he found to be far more fun then was what supposed to be paradise. Which was a bit ironic when you really thought about it. Then again...his choice of 'fun' wasn't exactly approved of up there so, there was that.

A tikbalang, a kapre and an aswang walked into a bar - and started working there. So, the Puppeteer - an evil and mysterious villain that severely needed more depth and development - has a personal collection of the Kampon (evil creatures) like some evil pokemon master. And currently, he takes control of the three creatures that were all the last of their kind, chucked them in a bar in Ermita, Manila that was currently managed by a guy called Ponzo (actually a Nuno as in Nuno sa Punso, get it?) and just sent to errands of his own secret personal gain because you know, evil and mysterious.

Elijah Joel Montalban Montenegro, Monty if you’re buddies with him, Eli if you wanna flirt - is a Tikbalang. The last of his kind, born from a Tikbalang dad and a human mom. His Tikbalang dad pretended to be his step-dad (an American soldier) and got in bed with his mom. Big yikes, so you can just imagine how much Elijah hates his horse-dad and despised his horse-genes (no offense to horses). But he eventually used his true nature to help people, until The Puppeteer got hold of a strand from his mane, which made him The Puppeteer because he can control Elijah’s every move so long as he keeps that strand. Layre Magsalin (my girl, you know the one) fashioned him an anting-anting so he can ward off this Puppeteer, and that’s how he finally regained control. Elijah now helps Layre lead the resistance, its camp currently hidden in Mt. Makiling.

Isaac Newton Nakpil Cordero, Iking for short, is a Kapre. He was born out of a bundle of withered twigs, dirt and earth magic, and was taken in by Layre as a baby when she still lived around Arayat. When he grew up (a huge growth spurt that Layre can literally perch on his shoulder), he was separated from Layre and he went his own way for a long time, until he was also collected by this Puppeteer and added him to the collection. Iking is a genius, which earned him the Isaac Newton name - also he loves munching on apples or any fruit, really. Once broken free from the Puppeteer and reunited with his pseudo-mom, he now offers his services to the resistance, being their “guy in the chair” (which is a big acacia tree).

that instantly brewed soft giggles from the classroom, gradually rising into raucous laughter. it was an unexpected way to slice the thickening tension after having a heated argument between aiden and his professor to the point of him being sent out of the classroom.

honestly, he should have just skipped this class as soon as he recognized waking up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. bad trip. and it’s not just because their professor was wrong - he certainly was, and aiden wouldn’t stand down even if they go to the dean at this point - but today, it’s just everything around him, from leaving his dorm to entering the nearly dilapidated university building just continued to piss him off.

still, elysia’s remark made his eyebrow raise, and his lips curl in a small smirk of appreciation for backing him up. though he wouldn’t protest much against the statement. they may have exchanged rough banter on a daily basis, but he was definitely there for her when she needed someone. but he could argue that he was more of an emotional bucket, than a bastard. he was always nice to her - she was the one who wanted it rough, in the most wholesome context possible.
