I think I tried doing a baroque thing with the first one. I cant remember. The second thing is an attempt at figuring out an animation-friendly reduction(or cartooning) of mac that would be cute and easy.

Joseph "Joe" Bowler - the original artist on the right. He was born in 1928, and was a prolific illustrator & portraiture artist around the ninteen fifties. He got his work published by the cosmopolitan at just age 19. His physical works are still going around on auctions for impressive prices. Got inspired to do a self-indulgent, quick & rough little margarita paintover from all these courier card edits, as well as joannascribbles' gorgeous michelle-cready repaints. I'd love to make work that people find some kind of earnest joy or treasurement out of, way beyond my lifespan. Its really neat that Bowler's artwork left this impact on me, being from not too long ago, but far away enough in time and space to have been an unexpected touch on my life. To mr. Bowler, thanks.
