Drag Artist of the Day: Novelí! Novelí is one of my favorite people ever, not only  as an artist and performer but also a DJ who plays goth jams (which if you know me, is what I’m hella about). They always give me life with their looks and they are the pioneer of ‘deathrock drag’. Novelí is truly a goth idol of perfection. Seriously, they are a huge idol to me and I hope to be able to hear and dance to one of Novelí’s sets live.

Queen of the day (02/05/2017) : Soju Love! 

I absolutely adore Soju. She cranks out some of the best looks ever and if you don’t know who Soju is, you must. Chicago is lucky to have such an amazing performer and artist among them!

Queen of the day (01/30/2017) - Rhiannon Cortez! I have known Rhiannon for a long time. We grew up together in the middle of nowhere, as the two weirdo vampire kids in black. We got a lot of hell for being ourselves, and looking back on it I am so glad we both got out of there. Small town life wasn’t for us. I am very happy and proud that Rhiannon has found herself and has become such a powerful and talented force to be reckoned with. Rhiannon is an amazing person, friend, and performer. Please see Rhiannon’s acts if you ever have the chance, you will be given the best show possible! Rhiannon is my favorite performer in Arkansas and she is the embodiment of ‘drag is punk’.
