On food - being manager of local avian food supply has its perks. Roo has been cooking for themself even since before they left their colony, and has gotten quite good at this point. They live off a more starchy diet than the average skimmer avian.

On dysphoria - this is a complicated question for Rooturoo, as they're still trying to figure it out themself. Their species dysmorphia isn't too bad, as they've lived in a co-species civilization their entire life, and the majority of it actually stems from gender dysphoria. I could probably write paragraphs about how Roo feels about their gender...

On mates - while they're sexually active far more than an average avian, Roo is still asexual the majority of the time, though they're unusual in that they enjoy affectionate contact still. Their most common mate is Kiiwah, as Kiiwah is similarly 'antisocial' and likes one-on-one activities. Before Kiiwah moved in though, they mostly paired with the younger adults, like Unriimah and Eereet.
