You were tired after a long day at work, being a babies photographer and pregnant at the same time was both amazing and awful, being a mother yourself, waiting for your second child and liking babies was the amazing part, the awful part was when the babies didn't cooperate with you to take the pictures their parents desperately wanted. So after a long and hard day, the only thing you wanted was to go back home to your husband and your little girl. You were glad that Kit was not working at the moment so he could spend time with your daughter. He was her world, she would cry every time he had to leave to film somewhere and it breaks his heart every time so he was happy to be home with the two of you. You came home to your living room being a mess of pillows and blankets and you wondered if it was a good idea to leave those two alone for hours.
“Care to explain what is this?”
“Princess Kylie wanted a castle so we built one”
You saw Kit, with a paper crown in his head and you let out a giggle, he looked so cute and you couldn't help but to think how lucky you were to have him.
“Oh and you must be the king then”
“I'm not, i'm Prince Christopher and you shall talk to me with respect”
You laughed at that and also you noticed he used his real name for his Prince's name, he never did that, he always says he doesn't feel like a Christopher and yet he was using that name but you didn't pry on that, you decided to let him play with your daughter.
“Here comes Princess Kylie, the first of her name”
At that, your four years old came into the living room wearing her princess tiara and one of the many dresses she had of princesses.
“Who dares to interrump me and my prince?”
“I'm so sorry your grace, i didn't mean to disrespect you”
Kylie let out a giggle, a sound you loved and she went out running to the castle of pillows and blankets.
“So you were having all the fun while i was working”
You kissed him and he smiled at you, that smile it was only for you and your daughter. He looked at her and then at you again.
“Of course, but i was also going to make dinner since i know you come tired from work love”
“No, don't. Go and play with her, she wants her prince after all. I'll make dinner and then you can bath her too if you want”
“It'll be my pleasure as always but you shouldn't overwork yourself love, you are at the end of the pregnancy and should be careful, you shouldn't be working either”
“Kit i can't stay here, you know i hate not being able to do anything because i'm pregnant and besides the entire pregnancy was perfect, why are you so paranoid now?”
“Because what if you go into labor while you are not at home and i'm not near you to help you?”
“God, you are impossible...i promise i won't overwork myself and besides your son will be here soon with us”
“I know, that's why i don't want you so far from me, you should stay home tomorrow, let me take care of you”
“Fine but i'm making dinner anyway tonight, you go and play with Kylie”
You kissed him again and went to the kitchen to make dinner while he went back to play with your little girl. You decided on something easy so you grab the things to make a pizza, you heard them play on the living room and smiled to yourself thinking of how amazing was Kit as a father and how lucky you both were to have such an amazing little girl like Kylie. You were making the pizza when you felt a pain on your stomach, you saw the floor and you saw water, you were going into labor.
“KIT!!!”
You screamed and he was next to you in a second, helping you while you grabbed your pregnant belly.
“The baby...the baby is coming and it hurts so bad”
You were in pain and Kylie was crying because she heard you scream so Kit had to make sure both of you were okay. He helped you to the car and then he grabbed Kylie while he called his parents to let them know what was going on, then he put her on the back seat and drove to the hospital, his parents were going to meet you there and take care of Kylie. Once you arrived there, a nurse took you to prepare you to give birth while Kit let Kylie with his parents and then went to where you were to help you, he wasn't going to miss the birth of his son just like he didn't with Kylie.
“Come on darling, one more push and the baby will be here”
You heard the doctor and the nurse encourage you and you were getting tired but you did as they told you and after a few seconds you heard the beautiful cry of your newborn son. The nurse wrapped him in a blanket and gave the baby to Kit who had a beautiful smile on his face and his eyes full of happy tears, he went to where you were and gave your son to you.
“He is beautiful, he looks like you Kit”
“You think so? How are we gonna name him?”
“I do my love and i think i have a name for him already”
“Oh you do? Go on, tell me then”
“We should name him Connor Catesby Harington, what do you think?”
“I think it's perfect”
You kissed him and you both stayed there, looking at the new adition to the family, knowing he was going to bring alot more of happiness and craziness to your already perfect little family and you couldn't wait to see how Kylie was going to be as a big sister, a new journey was beggining for the now four of you.
