She had her daughter just after turning twenty. Perhaps she never expected it, but it was her mistake and she had to face it one way or another.
He raised his daughter well, telling her stories he considered boring before bed and helping her with her math homework, but not everything can be rosy, so when he went to pick her up one day, the teachers told him that an unknown man had taken her and that was the last time he saw her.
Then came the petrification, and he remained stone for years until he awoke next to Dr. Xeno and everyone else at the party. Thanks to Xeno, they had modern tools again, even though they were actually in a new Stone Age; there were even cigarettes.
Everything was peaceful until a ship arrived on his shores, and he went to attack those people. Of course, he didn't expect one to be a samurai and the other a sniper. Yes... a bullet hit the plane, and he knows how to recognize a sniper when he sees one, or rather, in this case, when he fires.
Xeno's order was clear: assassinate the enemy's chief scientist. Initially, thanks to a certain magician, they believed it was Dr. Taiju, though they later realized they'd been deceived and that the chief scientist's real name was Senku. The change didn't bother him too much, so he shot, hitting him squarely and possibly killing him instantly. But just as he relaxed, a bullet grazed his side; after all, he had revealed his position by firing.
"Did you kill him?"
Your friend's question, while you were eating lunch, didn't distract you.
"No, but he probably killed Senku. It's a good thing he asked me to stay here and keep watch."
Your friend nodded, her gaze fixed on your broken legs. They'd been broken for quite some time, and that was going to be a problem getting back to the ship. After all, you were both nine-year-old girls; only one had experience with criminal groups and the other a brilliant mind. So all you could do was wait for someone—Taiju, Ryusui, or someone else—to get you out of there.
Of course, luck was never on your side. Then you heard people approaching, cursed under your breath, and pointed the gun at thin air until a man appeared out of nowhere and snatched it away.
"Are you...?"
he murmured in disbelief.
"Dad?"
Your eyes widened in surprise. After more than four years, you honestly never thought you'd see your father's face again. Stanley looked at your friend and was surprised too.
"Are you Xeno's daughter?"
"Hi, Uncle Stanley."
The poor man looked like he was about to get a migraine. He hadn't expected his nine-year-old daughter and his niece of the same age to be on the enemy's side.
"We'll talk about this later. Come with me."
You sat down, looked at your broken legs, and smiled mockingly.
"I don't think I can."
Actually, you had planned to stay with Senku and his team, but unfortunately, your father carried you to a base that looked like something out of a Disney princess movie.
"Now you're going to tell me, where have you been all this time?" he said as soon as you entered. "I was in a criminal organization for three years. They taught me how to use all kinds of weapons and how to fight. Then I escaped and became friends with a boxer. After that, I woke up and, well, I joined our science leader." And then the enemy science leader, Dr. Xeno, appeared. Your friend looked at him fearlessly, arms crossed. "You're the sniper?" he asked incredulously, to which you nodded. Then he looked at his daughter. "And what were you doing there? You're nine years old." "I was enjoying life, which is what I'm supposed to be doing." Well, this is going to be a big problem.
