The interruption 🤭 I know it was out of pocket cause I remember the word count being close to 10k at that point hahaha butttt it’s because I wanted their real first kiss to be sooo good, and I love building tension.

Writing the grandparents was so fun because I know that if I was watching my grandchild experience something like that, I’d be their biggest supporter!!

I was nervous writing the smut scene cause honestly I find it to be super difficult to write but so far the feedback has been good 🤭🤭 and I’m SO happy you brought up the fact that I didn’t include his powers - i was thinking about it, but honestly it did not need to be mentioned, I think it would have taken away from the story, since you’re right, it’s about HIM, not his claws. He’s just tryna live and be happy 😩😩
