There is no greater satisfaction than motivating friends to tune into your same passion.

This semester I started as a cycling instructor at the Texas Christian University Recreational Center. This is a fun clip of my colleges while jamming to the beat of the music. We invite students to staying active, releasing some stress, and come to our classes to cycle while having a great time. 

Do what makes you happy. Cycling to the beat of the music makes me happy.

White wedding is an 8min endurance race and riders are asked to track their distance in that period. Beyoncé is a 7:30min endurance race where riders are encouraged to hit the same distance goal in 30 sec less. All the motivational words throughout.

My Champagne birthday playlist! The Y let me use the spin studio to host a dozen friends for a spin class to celebrate. We did this playlist and laughed like lunatics throughout! It was a blast, I’ve got the greatest friends!
