Cybrel remembers his childhood as mostly being him and his mom alone living very poorly. They were outcasts because his mom slept with a man that wasn’t her husband and had him.

Cybrel kept to himself and much like his adult years, didn’t have many friends if any at all. I don’t think that bothered him a lot though because he generally dislikes socializing, or maybe that’s what he told himself to feel better about his inability to make friends. He’s also a mamas boy.

His half brother Volnjar was raised by a group of bandits in Skyrim. They taught him to be rowdy and that brute force was always the answer to any problem. Since he was bandit I imagine he committed a lot of crimes and got around a lot, which is what probably got him shipped off to morrowind despite being only half dunmer.
