"Alienation"

A Grade 11 student named Cristine is experiencing cyberbullying at her school. Cristine, an introverted person, struggles to socialize due to anxiety triggered during interactions. Every day, she eats alone, feeling that no one wants to befriend her.

One day, she went to an abandoned classroom alone and saw a group of girls looking at her. The girls started gossiping about her, calling Cristine names like "pig" and "ugly." To make matters worse, they took a photo of her without her consent and laughed at it. Cristine felt terrible about her physical appearance.

Protect Mariah & other disabled Black girls at all costs

My fired-up rant is about the cyberbullying a disabled 2-year old named Mariah endured by the hands of adults. It really angered & saddened me as to how ignorant and cruel adults can be, and to see some of us act that way towards a child made my blood boil. We cannot tolerate this level of heartlessness & insensitivity online - we MUST protect our disabled children from such evilness.

I'm trying to find out how we can show support for Mariah, & her family during this time. We have to band together in order to ensure that no other child endures this level of treatment online.
