With a look that could only be described as an expression of wonder, excitement and outright nervousness, Rachel wandered around the grounds of Castlewood, clutching her letter for dear life. There was no hiding the fact that she was now lost, and had no idea how to get back to reception.
âSo this is...â Rachel began, before changing her train of thought and sighing to herself. âAbsolutely terrifying...â With a hopeful glint in her eye, she turned around in search for someone who might be able to help her find her way. âExcuse me?!â
Running his hands through long flaxen locks, Philip sighed and tried to think past the haunting dream that had him out and about, out trying to pull him from nightmares years gone. There was no immediate danger, there was no one after him, he was safe and whole. Taking a shuddering breath, his trembling hands took a few tries to light up a death stick, to try and ease that anxiety that seemed to cling to him like cobwebs. âItâll never end,â he murmured to himself. What was worse was that some of the haunting battles werenât even ones he couldâve been in, centuries past. So why were they all so vivid to him? Why did it feel like heâd been there?
Heâd lost track of her. Yeah, he probably needed a better hobby, but he couldnât help trying to take care of her. After what happened. . .well, he didnât want anything to happen. Sighing, he stopped and sat for a moment, his back starting to bother him. He was walking, that was what was important to Bartholomew. The aches and pains were tolerable in comparison. Running a hand over his beard, he fished a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and lit one, deciding it was a good time to take break after all. His hand stiffened for a moment and he dropped his lighter, cursing as he watched it fall to the sidewalk beneath the bench, not really able to bend down right then. Shaking his head, he decided to leave it for the moment, it was easier than making his body hurt any worse.Â
âYou know- I donât think this whole dormitory thing is for me...â

It was a rare time that Pearl wasnât actually wearing makeup, but she felt . . .tired. She didnât feel like herself, but she figured sheâd just been wearing herself out with school, Hunter, and being his TA. Slowing it down was all she needed to do. Dropping her book off the table, she cursed and picked it up, looking around before settling on the person nearest her. âYou wouldnât be up for an adventure, would you?â she asked, not even noticing the courage she was subconsciously pushing towards them. Pearl just wanted out of the castle, and making a new friend to shock and open up to new things was just what she needed to do.
With Pongo out, Perdita was going crazy with the workload. Working as her husbandâs TA and interpreter had its difficult moments, but it was worse without him around. There was just so much piling up that she had to go through without his help. Sighing, she nearly banged her head on the desk, dropping her hand to soften the impact. âHow do teachers without TAs do it?â she muttered to herself. Looking up, she sat attention, her face still showing that she was obviously overwhelmed. âPlease tell me youâre not one of the students that is coming to join our class thinking itâs an easy elective,â she pleaded in a defeated tone, hands moving along with her words.
Stuffing the pizza in his mouth, he looked at the other person left in the room and tilted his head. âDid you want some?â was his muffled question, mostly incoherent through the mouthful of cheesy goodness Michael had been devouring at a nearly alarming rate.
